Natalia Tena, not to be outdone by Miltos Yerolemou, has sent us her own thank you video! She literally stepped off the set of Game of Thrones and recorded this video in her trailer this morning, after learning she had won best supporting actress in our WiCnet Awards poll. Check it out!

Nice! She has done a fine job in the role and we’ll be seeing more of Osha soon. I didn’t know of Ms. Tena prior to this role (not being a fan of or ever watching Harry Potter), but she has grown on me. I can’t imagine anyone else as Osha now. Congratulations on the win.

I love trumpet with sourdine (or muted trumpet, I don´t know how you call it, KG Help!) and she plays a “verdulera”!!! (typical instrument of our folklore called “chamamé”), how odd is that! I like how she sings, the band is all joy. Very nice and sweet of her to take the time to make a video.

This may have already been posted, but it looks like Sean Bean had a lot of fun being Ned Stark or at least the payment was alright, because he wouldn’t shy away from returning to the production for some flashback scenes according to a recent mtvblog article.

Interesting. HBO have been mega secretive this year, surely there must be a possibility that Sean has been or will be used in a flashback scene this season.
I return to Westeros next week, if perchance Sean is on set I think all extras will have their tongues removed after filming.

Seriously Bennioff and Weiss won’t cut them right?! We should get the announcement within a week or two now otherwise it’s no Reeds in season 2… Could be that they ‘open’ the Stark Tombs at the start of season 3 or something but i’d prefer them in this season!!
No reason why they should cut Natalia entirely. They could travel together longer than in the books and they could film some scenes with Natalia and Rickon. Eventually though she’ll be off for a couple of years yeah… Which will give her time to work on her moviecareer…

Both her parents are spanish (Euskadi and Asturias I think) that emigrated to the UK in the 80′s, so she speaks spanish like a native.
That also explains why she plays a verdulera prolly, ’cause is typical from the north ;)

Back when this category was up for voting, I was still a timid lurker so I did not take part, but for me Natalia gave a rather cartoonishly written and styled character personality and substance.

That make sense. “Chamamé”, whose main instrument is the accordion/verdulera, originated in a province (Corrientes, Argentina) where there were many Vasca and German immigration.
