   OT: but if anyone wants to see some Richard Madden before Season 2 he’s in the BBC adaptation of Sebastian Faulks’ Birdsong which starts this Sunday.

   His Uncle Benjen (Joseph Mawle) is also in it.

    Oh I love Eddie Izzard! I’m still not sure about these mash-ups in general though, I just don’t think picsfromcoolthingA+wordsfromcoolthingB=doublethecool. And their in-jokiness is probably more alienating to those who don’t get the reference, than it is funny for those that do. In all, not my cup of tea, really. Unless they’re done really well.
