I would think its probably the Battle of the Blackwater I’d imagine they moved the setting of the chapter with Cersei, Sansa, the children, and Illyn to the Throne Room so they don’t have to construct a new set for those scenes, I think it was originally in the queen’s waiting room or queen’s ballroom in the books, something like that anyway.

Joffrey looks messed up! At first, I thought it was his death scene, but thanks to the WIC tumbler, I saw that it was just wounds to his face. He was relatively untouched in the book battle wasn’t he? Either way, I’m glad to see he didn’t go unscathed. Joffrey is going to rock this season. Can’t wait to start hating his guts all over again!

Was Tommen in that scene though? I can’t remember. I feel like she’d be more grandly or queenly~ dressed for that occasion, you know? Her hair’s down and she looks way too frantic (although obviously she loses it by the time she storms out of there at the end). I definitely expect the change in location though. Love that throne room.

As to who Arya is talking to, It looks like she’s just talking to needle, you can see her saying part of the line while she’s alone polishing needle, so yeah, which would explain why she’s whispering

It may be just me, but watch the trailer, she’s sitting there talking to needle for the first part of that dialogue, while everyone else is sleeping on the floor, maybe theres someone else in the room, but to me she’s looking at needle and polishing it while saying the first part of that dialogue.
Maybe I have to watch it again, but I’m pretty sure thats what I saw.
I don’t think it would be that far fetched, It could just be trying to show how unhinged she becomes after all the horrible things she sees, she is constantly thinking about revenge, and speaks the names of the people she wants dead before she sleepsso I don’t think its out of the question for her to speak to her sword, especially considering the attachment she has with it.

I will say, the more I listen to what she’s saying, it does seem a little hard to believe she is saying all that to a sword, it does make sense on the other hand her saying it to Yoren or Jaqen.
But the thing is, you clearly see her at least saying “How do you sleep” while looking at and polishing needle, and it seems like everyone else is sleeping. Maybe the first line she’s talking to needle and the rest she is saying to Yoren? Or someone else is in the room, but it does look like she’s just talking to needle to me, at least the first line.

You can see Yoren’s beard on the left of the screen. He’s reposed like he’s trying to sleep but he is sitting up. She’s talking to Yoren. Can’t be Jaqen because … it should be obvious.

Arya is clearly talking to someone off camera.
As has been said, Yoren or Jaqen are the most likely people, depending on how far along in her story that scene is.

The New Destinations and New Characters features are a treat! Seven minutes each, packed with a ton of new footage and dialogue. Look out for our first glimpse of Gilly.
Simon Armstrong and Patrick Malahide, especially, are extremely impressive in what little is shown.
I’m anticipating several new character features in the coming days. Surely they’re not going to stop releasing them before focusing on Arya, Tyrion, Sansa, etc.

Especially Patrick Malahide as Balon Greyjoy, he is really fantastic in the little bit that they show. I was worried about how that story line would go this season, thinking maybe viewers wouldn’t be very interested in Theon’s story arc at first but the Greyjoy stuff was probably the best part of the video.

Absolutely. Good choice for the adaptation to give Deem’s deeds to Slynt, he is culpable for them in the books because he callously orders them and it makes sense to show a character we recognize (and already dislike) commit this heinous act.

No I guess not, I’m just sayin it looked like she was, didn’t say she was for a certain. No big deal.
The one thing I thought about, and I could be wrong about this, but in the books Arya guards needle pretty well, and is careful not to bring it out around anyone because everyone is suppose to give up all their possesions before leaving for the wall, but she keeps needle or maybe thats just when she’s takin to Harrenhal Which is why I thought she was alone. But then I remembered her pulling it on hot pie at the end of season 1, so obviously they know she has it.
I don’t know, I’m way over analyzing, its not a big deal, just thought it looked like she was talking to Needle, not just because she was looking at it, but just the tone in her voice like she was whispering one of her stuffed animals to sleep, like a normal girl would, but Arya is not normal obviously and becomes slightly unhinged as the story goes on, so thats why instead of a stuffed animal she’s talking to needle.
I know I know i’m reaching, I don’t care who she’s talking to really, but you guys are probably right. But I don’t see Yorens beard in that shot, but It doe’s make sense she would be talking to Yoren like that.

yeah thats possible but the bitch slap scene is right after the riot so it will all basically be the same sequence of events. But looking at the screen cap, Tyrion is standing in the background, doesn’t matter either way, its all in the same time frame.
Btw I’ve been a little behind with catching up with all the trailers and character videos, but I just wanted to make sure, the character video and the desinations video are the two newest additions so far since the ‘nowhere to hide’ trailer? I just like to be sure, because unlike some people, I can’t control myself and NEED to see every bit of video about the second season lol, so I like to be sure I don’t miss any.
