New season 3 promo: “All of Us”

A new season 3 preview popped up today on a mobile site, and is now making the rounds on youtube. The promo features several fresh glimpses of the new season, including a notorious bath scene.

Ours is the Fury: More Ygritte, more Daario, more everything! But most importantly, and I think FaB would agree, more baths.

  • Coming to terms with the changed Daario. Blue hair, blue three pronged beard, and gold moustachio is not a good look.

Yay baths. Still grumbling that we didn’t get to see Jaqen taking a soak.

  • You know for all the critisism Hbo and the showrunners take and have taken (not enough promotions, not coping books exactly) they really really are spoiling us as fans lavishly clearly the best show on TV a man prays the ratings reflect it.

  • Roose Bolton spotted behind Robb at 0:09 seconds.

Looks like Marg and Joff walking out of the Sept of Baelor to an adoring crowd, right after the scene from the last trailer with Cersei and Olenna looking at them.

Dany is wearing very easily disrobing clothes in the scene with Daario, maybe they’ve moved forward the “I am your queen and I command you to fuck me”

    Who is Mel loving?
Lots of good stuff in this one.

  • The original version found on the mobile site is only 480, so we can’t do anything about that. I can screencap this version, but I hope HBO uploads a higher resolution on their official channel later. That would be much nicer for scrutinizing all the details.

  • I have long been subscribed to Stevethepirate but who is he!? how has he got a hold of that before HBO released it on their youtube?

  • Can anyone tell me what Jaime says in the bathhouse scene? I listened to it many times but I still can’t tell.

  • The Great Sept looks amazing, but part of me wishes that they had tried to make it resemble the square that we saw in the first season.

  • Ser Bug,

where?? I haven’t seen any potential Arstan! There’s Daario, then Arya then someone hooded from behind – end of trailer *_*

  • Is there someone sitting to the left of the throne at 0:01? I can’t make out who it it, but s/he doesn’t look like they have blonde hair, like Cersei would have.

Also, Emilia did hint in an interview with Jimmy Kimmel that there might be some disrobing for Dany this season…that might be what that scene with Daario is about, in addition to him potentially swearing his loyalty to her, as it looks like he’s doing.

  • New scenes:
0:06 Margaery and Joffrey looking Happy.
    0:08 Arya with a Bow
0:09 Catelyn, Talisa, Robb in foreground. Wendel Manderly and Roose Bolton behind them.
0:10 Jon talking to Ygritte. “If you attack the wall you’ll die”.
    0:14 “All of us”
0:16 Joffrey and Margaery at the Sept of Baelor in front of a large crowd.
0:18 Jaime and Brienne in a bath tub. “I’m sick of fighting”
    0:20 Brienne punching Jaime
0:21 Mel kissing/sexing someone, Shae and Tyrion
0:24 Daario offering his services to Dany?
0:25 Arya being caught by the Hound
0:26 A cloaked figure running in what looks like somewhere in Essos. Barristan?

  • Is Mel… doing what I think she’s doing? :o… Pervy Producer behind it again! :))

And The (new) Sept of Baelor is HUGE!! I need to rewatch Ned’s beheading to see if they came close to resemble that, altough I doubt it!

the RW, omg! there is Roose Bolton, and the Manderley son, behind Robb and Talisa!

and the bath, the bath is there!.. well, that’s a relief!..

and the cloacked guy must be Arstan… like… for sure.

  • *SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEECH*

I can’t believe they’ve included the bath scene, I can’t! Excuse me while I jump around in my room (you don’t know how important this is to me)

  • It looks as if both of Jaime’s arms are underwater. Shouldn’t one arm be on the side of the tub? He’s lost his hand at this point. Or could hand removal be the unliked change mentioned?
Anyhoo, at least there are no concealing bubbles, but one fears that HBO is going to be coy about anything move revealing than bare shoulders.

  • Why do you say that guy behind Talisa is Wendel Manderly? I didn’t see a notice of the actor for him being hired, Does that guy looks like the WM from the books? I don’t remember how he is.

    Just been curious :)

  • Currer Bell,

Jaimie definitely loses his hand this season and I wonder if they change the timing to make Roose more directly responsible for him losing his hand. as this would make more sense with Vargo Hoate being replaced with Locke, one of Bolton’s men. So it’s possible that the event you refer to happens later but hopefully it’s cleverly hidden but accounted for.

  • Talisa in the RW, wow, that is a big change. I wonder if this is the buterfly effect that GRRM talked, because Jeyne is still alive at the book and there is the theory that she is pregnant and escaped with Brynden.

  • Holy crap, 0:09 – that’s the Red Wedding, isn’t it?! And Talisa is there?! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Seeing Talisa at the RW makes me think they’ll drop the Fake Arya plot and marry Ramsay to Talisa Stark instead, Theon saving her would be even more heroic then.

Kinda dissapointing that Roose is already at the ceremony, it worked better with him arriving with his “Jaime Lannister sends his regards” line as his Hello.

  • Nick_Scryer,

Nooooooooooooooo I would hate that! I’d much rather have Ros be a Fake!Sansa, tbh … Theon doesn’t even know Talisa!

Oh, and also, Roose is totally at the wedding ceremony in the book … he leaves the feast to go to the bathroom, but really he just changes into his armor and Cat thinks he’s coming to the rescue, but he kills Robb instead after the infamous “Jaimie Lannister sends his regards” line.

  • Ok, I keep trying to spoiler tag edit my post above, b/c it didn’t work right, but it will just NOT WORK.

  • Nick_Scryer: Theon saving her would be even more heroic then.

I fail to see why saving the grown up widow of a king is more heroic that saving a young girl.

  • Could Mellisandre be giving someone else a certain kiss instead of our favorite drinking buddy of good ol’ King Robert?

  • I’m hoping with Talisa being at the RW we get some kind of payoff with her character/storyline being changed. My hope is that they play up the treachery of her family (Westerlings) in the book being a part of the conspiracy. It is difficult to see how this thread will come to fruition with the way the show has changed her storyline

  • zod,

Ive seen a lot of Thrones promos on ESPN this year, but this one is new to me!
Seriously though, shouldn’t King (Lebron) James be on the Iron Thone? XD

Sure it could have a somewhat limited appeal to basketball fans, but I think that is the purpose of it after all. It does its job well!

  • Does the theory of Talisa be faking all her history and she is actually Jeyne Westerling exist? But different from the books, she would now that se is betraying Robb. That would be insane.

  • Jen:

I don’t see fake Sansa working at all. How many men has Ros fucked? Surely some of the guys at Winterfell would notice Ros.

  • Viola,

My thoughts exactly. Unless they make her pregnant in the show (because whoever controls the heir of Robb, Lord of Winterfell and King in the North, has those titles, or atleast a very good claim to them), after the RW, she will be done as far as importance to the game of thrones goes. The way their romance went, with Robb taking the initiative n all, I just have a hard time imagining her a traitor and surviving that way.

Oh, and I love that snippet between Jon and Ygritte. Very well acted.

  • “More Ygritte, more Daario.” Ugh. Two of my least favorite characters in the entire series. Daario is largely responsible for the mess of Daenerys’ plot in ADWD. And I know I’m probably in the minority here, but “You know nothing, Jon Snow” got real old, real fast. It’s not a terrible line on its own, but she uses it *so* much.

On the other hand, there was more Arya in this promo than the previous ones. That is welcome, as I think she had been underutilized in the others. And even the (likely) chance that the cloaked figure at the end is Barristan the Bold is exciting.

  • Our_Is_the_Fury,
I managed to catch the trailer just a minute ago. I did miss Tyrion’s opening question, but you should be able to make nice caps from the rest of the 1080p video untl HBO releases it in 720p.

    http://youtu.be/E_yULVaWb7I

Just uploaded now so 1080p will take a minuteto process…..

  • Mel is blowing Thoros obviously. Can’t you see his red shoulder cover thingie?

For those who might take that seriously and write a long post explaining how it’s not likely, yes I’m kidding.

  • I’m not really sure *why* it would be such a problem for Talisa to be at the Red Wedding. I doubt that the writers would kill her off at that point, so it seems more likely that she would just be captured then instead of Jeyne being captured at the siege of Riverrun in A Feast for Crows. That doesn’t change much, except for the fact that Talisa probably witnesses the murder of her beloved husband, which would be an interesting development for her character. She’s already a massive improvement over Jeyne Westerling, and this would seem to fit in.

  • direhound,

I’m thinking if they do go the route of Talisa replacing faux Arya, it would bring Theon’s redemption full circle. He betrayed Robb and then he saves his wife from Ramsey. If that happens, I am down with that change. It also sounds like from the emmy panel that Walder Frey might request Talisa’s presence. Talisa could fit into the plan of the Bolton’s newfound prominence, marrying his son off to closest thing to a Stark available…Talisa.

While I won’t be bemoan the amount of trailer’s out so far, I do hope they stop with this one. I do want to be surprised by some events this season!

  • It doesn’t look like Mel is giving a BJ, it looks like she is riding some guy and kissing him, probably Stannis.

  • There is no way whatsoever that Talisa’s storyline would follow that of Jeyne Westerling from the book. For that theory to work, we would have to believe that whoever came up with the plan to fool Robb (Tywin in the book) thinks that Robb has such low standards that his attention would just “happen” to be caught by a dirty nurse… Talisa is going to die alongside her husband and her mother-in-law, and I personally hope they kill her the same way they did Dacey… I’m not a sadist, I just think it would make everything that much more dramatic…

  • ebevan91:

Not to mention that real Sansa is married to Tyrion Lannister, so why would Roose want her for his son and how would anyone even pretend to believe that she WAS Sansa?

Dan, The Blackfish doesn’t go to the Red Wedding in the books either. Was there some idea that he would be there on the show? Then who would hold Riverrun with Edmure a captive and Robb dead?

Re: Talisa replacing Fake!Arya, I think they might do it but I hate the idea because to me, Theon’s redemption is not about saving Robb’s wife or sister. It’s about saving a person who means NOTHING to anyone else – Jeyne Poole isn’t important, has no friend/family, and is totally at the mercy of the Lannisters and Bolton’s. Theon decides to save her because she and he are both less than nothing – it’s not because he thinks she’s really Arya. And it parallels his killing the miller’s sons, the children who don’t even have names, who were the fake Bran and Rickon. To me, it’s much more moving that Theon risks everything for someone who ISN’T a Stark.

She is the Queen of the North now, they ARE married.

  • Kyrenna:

Moreover, the pregnancy will start a clock ticking in the show in terms of time – which they have not had to date. FAR worse, it will remove Jon’s motivations for the climax of A Dance with Dragons, and make the Manderly/Rickon/Davos subplot irrelevant too, as Talisa’s child really WOULD be the lawful heir of Winterfell.

No, it doesn’t work. Stick to the fake Arya and just kill off Talisa.

  • ebevan91: I don’t see fake Sansa working at all. How manymen has Ros fucked? Surely some of the guys at Winterfell would notice Ros.

Haha I just spat out my tea

  • As for Mel, I know exactly what she’s doing:

She’s sucking the blood from Stannis after she has thrown the leeches into the fire…

  • My theory regarding Mellisandre

She’ll perform the last kiss on Beric instead of Thoros, and her price for doing so will be that they give her Gendry. They’ll do this to make her seem even more powerful.

  • Syrio:

What about his 5 other deaths though? Thoros would still have had to perform them.

I think Jenny might be closer to being right in what’s actually happening.

  • Nick_Scryer,

There is no mention in the show that Beric has died before, so they will change it that the duel with the Hound is the first time he dies.

  • Mel is naked in that scene. Unless she has to take off her clothes to revive people or to suck their blood, she’s probably just having sex.

  • Syrio:
    My theory regarding Mellisandre

She’ll perform the last kiss on Beric instead of Thoros, and her price for doing so will be that they give her Gendry. They’ll do this to make her seem even more powerful.

That is a really awesome theory. It will also show that The White Walkers can revive dead people as wights while The Lord of Light truly has the power of ressurection

  • Nick_Scryer,

no no no. i’m pretty sure they kill of talisa. it makes no sense to use her instead of fakeArya. her claim to winterfell is much weaker compared to arya, sansa, bran, and rickon. not to mention she married a rebel and was the woman who stole robb from one of walder frey’s daughters. why would walder frey let her live? and tryion is married to sansa. the lannisters already have claim to winterfell through that so it serves them no purpose to keep talisa alive at this point in the story.

  • Solar,

Maybe Walder wants her to suffer for what she’s done so he gives her to Ramsay to do his thing, then next year after the PW and Tyrion/Sansa is no more… They decide to marry.

  • Jen,

Anybody who thinks Ros could be the fake Arya is off their rocker. I’m not sure I could think of two more dissimilar characters of the same sex on the entire show. Even characters who never met Aryaknow basically her age and Northmen probably will have heard a general description. You’re also forgetting that unlike the Arya-imposter in the books Ros was/is a popular prostitute both in the North and Kings Landing. Literally hundreds of men “know” her. Completely nonsensical.

  • Every single Fake Arya theory I’ve seen has been completely ridiculous, they are all on the same level as “Ramsay Bolton is disguised as Dagmar” theory from last year, what is it about the Ramsay storyline that brings out the crazy crackpot theories that makes zero sense out of people>?

  • I think it’s just amusing that people want to throw Ros in as the ‘substitute’ for any other character who does not show up.

Coming seasons, fair uses of Ros:

–The unnamed assassin in Oldtown who kills “Pate”
–No Oberyn Martell cast yet? use Ros!
    –Fake Arya
    –Strong Belwas!
–The “Quiet Man” who trains Arya in Braavos
    –Ser Robert Strong (why not?)
    –The Greenseer

  • Jenny: She is the Queen of the North now, they ARE married.

She’s only Queen of the North by marriage to a Stark. When that Stark dies, she has no power or house or armies of her own to make her interesting to anyone. Sansa will inherit. That also kinda kills the necessity to marry Talisa to Roose; Winterfell will be in Lannister hands anyways.

  • Oh that scene is heart breaking, I can’t imagine what the episode will be like. I predict tears.

  • I was convinced the PW would be in S4 but after the shot of Joffrey and Marg walking towards that crowd…

Maybe the actual marriage is in season 3 and the wedding feast in season 4?!
Would be weird to have Mace and the Viper arrive AFTER the actual wedding though?!

Maybe it’s just like an official bethrothal?!

  • Gonfaloniere

Re: Talisa replacing Fake!Arya, I think they might do it but I hate the idea because to me, Theon’s redemption is not about saving Robb’s wife or sister. To me, it’s much more moving that Theon risks everything for someone who ISN’T a Stark.

I have suspected for quite a while that Talisa would stand in for Fake Arya/Jeyne Poole and become Ramsay’s bride. It provided an incentive for Theon to rescue her – to try to do right by Robb after betraying him. And I thought that Talisa would be a meaningful alternative to Jeyne Poole. Better than Ros…

However, after reading Gonfaloniere’s excellent rationale, I have changed my mind. Fake Arya should not be Talisa. Maybe Talisa should take on the role of Dacey Mormont and die along side her husband, instead.

  • Kyrenna: She’s only Queen of the North by marriage to a Stark. When that Stark dies, she has no power or house or armies of her own to make her interesting to anyone. Sansa will inherit. That also kinda kills the necessity to marry Talisa to Roose; Winterfell will be in Lannister hands anyways.

The Speculation is that Talisa may be pregnant. If that was the case then the Boltons could seize her, marry her to Ramsay and he could take the title of Lord Protector of the North till the child was old enough to rule (which with Ramsay as a Stepdad would never happen).

  • Damn. I really didn’t want to see Talisa at the RW, but I suppose it makes more sense to kill her if she’s there. The whole, “Is the Jeyne Jaime sees the real Jeyne?” conspiracy theory is already a stretch, and if they’re going to avoid it they might as well tie up the loose end. Still, it will inevitably bother me that Robb would flaunt his wife at the Freys while trying to placate them. Grumble, I say! EDIT: Oh, and she has zero political value to be married off to anyone else. Zero. Even Fake Arya has little actual political value after the crown gave the North to the Boltons; it’s just a symbolic gesture for bannermen/smallfolk to marry Ramsay to a Winterfell daughter. Talisa has never been to Winterfell.

Also, judging by the difference in his trapezoids, Jaime’s right arm is not just hanging down like his left is. So no worries there.

  • Rimshot:
Very nice. First shot of the scene I worked on.

Please, tells us about it. I mean, just your opinion about it. Was it as epic and shocking as in the book?

  • Al Swearengen,

So they use anachronistic music in the trailers. Big deal. It is meant to excite viewers. This is standard procedure. Accept it and move on. It’s not like it will be used during the show.

  • Kroket,

Do you mean the shot of Joffery and Sansa walking arm in arm? I think there is no way they are having the PW this season.

  • Darquemode: Our_Is_the_Fury,I managed to catch the trailer just a minute ago. Dark ? you kick ass !!!

  • zaprowsdower:
    Kroket,

Do you mean the shot of Joffery and Sansa walking arm in arm? I think there is no way they are having the PW this season.

Nope. In the shot of the great sept of Baelor Joffrey and Marg are seen leaving while a crowd is outside cheering

  • bleh:
    zaprowsdower,

    no this: http://wicnet.tumblr.com/image/45917129336

so we are getting the PW this season?

Margaery’s whole plot is going to revolve around becoming super popular with the smallfolk. That could very well entail things like her dragging Joffrey to “church,” or even the crowds showing up at Sansa’s wedding to see Margaery. Yes, PW is possible this season, but there are lots of other reasons they could go to the Great Sept.

  • Michel,

i think we can rule out any Talisa being a double-agent or betraying Robb plot because in that red carpet interview with Oona she talks about how Talisa genuinely loves Robb, & I don’t think she would be lying about that in the interview about the character

  • bleh, Kroket,

Wow, I didn’t even notice them there. I still think the PW is impossible. Isn’t there a part in the Sansa POV before she meets with The Queen of Thrones where she talks about how jealous she is that all of the smallfolk cheer for Margery and love her? I don’t remember what context that was in but perhaps a engagement thing.

  • Michel,

I know, it’s going to be really sad to see Talisa butchered as well. Hopefully the Freys take/use her as a hostage, or Roose forces her to marry Ramsay (if she’s pregnant with Robb’s child) and Theon comes to the rescue.

  • Why do people speculate that Jeyne is pregnant? Her mother gave her moon tea every day, preventing her from getting pregnant. Besides, do you really want the future of House Stark to be an unborn child?

  • Talisa is not valuable as a hostage after Robb dies. Period. Yes, if she is pregnant there are houses still loyal to the Starks who would want to protect her child, but the Lannisters exiled house Stark and raised the Boltons to lords paramount of the North. They would not risk letting a new Stark male exist. Talisa, a foreigner, is worth nothing married to Ramsay politically. Fake Arya is valuable because there are people in the north who would be somewhat pacified at a Bolton heir supposedly being the son of a Stark mother, but he would be a Bolton. If Talisa is at the RW, she’s dead.

  • Can’t believe they filmed the first ever live BJ to go to air, that’s some method acting!

  • Tyrion Pimpslap,

They use anachronistic music all through the show! Nothing they have could be mistaken for anything other than late 20th century music… always seems strange to me when people feel modern popular music is more ‘anachronistic’ in mediaeval settings than modern instrumental music – if anything the pop music is both more conservative and musically probably closer to popular music of the day than the orchestral stuff is.

  • I really hope that those entitled brats who were whining about not having a trailer 60 days before the premier appreciated all they are getting now. Also, I hope they realize how bratty they were acting. (I don’t like these awesome behind the scenes videos, I want a trailer and I want it NOW NOW NOW!!!)

  • What scares me is not that Talisa is at the RW is that the picture in the video she has a “I know exactly whats about to happen look on her face.

  • House Snow:
What scares me is not that Talisa is at the RW is that the picture in the video she has a “I know exactly whats about to happen look on her face.

Mostly everyone but her is smiling. You may be onto something here.

  • ebevan91,

To me she looks like she is feeling quite awkward about the whole situation….I wonder why that could be? Maybe Lord Frey is speaking down to her?

  • Wastrel:
    Tyrion Pimpslap,

if anything the pop music is both more conservative and musically probably closer to popular music of the day than the orchestral stuff is.

Interesting notion…though a big vague (conservative? relatively speaking? what is medieval “popular music”?). Today’s pop music reflects a modern ideal that could not have been even imagined back then. Even when instrumental, it delivers an undecipherable cultural message by medieval standards.

Relative is a tricky word. It really is a load of bull if you don’t have a ‘relative’ (bs) translator.

  • ebevan91,

By that logic we could say: “how many people in winterfel wouldnt know Jeyne wasn’t the real Arya” I might be wrong but I think it was never believed that she was actually Arya. Ramsay only needed a decoy so I see it possible that Ros could take not Arya but maybe Sansa’s place.

Talisa being there on the other hand… that’s very psychotic. I mean, if she dies there that’s going to make the rw much more fucked up like it wasn’t already. I really liked her in the second season, so having that possibility is going to make watching that episode way morr dreadful for me.

  • sansa,

Sounds like “I’m sick of fighting.” My guess is he means sick of fighting with Brienne, specifically — that that moment is when he proposes their truce.

  • Tyrion Pimpslap,

Re: pregancy… the theory’s based on a couple of things, some more of a stretch than others:

    1. Sybell Spicer says a lot of things, some true and some not. The moon tea story might have been bogus, or it might have been true but just failed, since moon tea probably isn’t 100% foolproof.

    2. Jaime pointedly and specifically mentions that the girl he meeds at Riverrun is “narrow-hipped.” This after a chapter of Catelyn rhapsodizing about Jeyne’s glorious childbearing hips.

    3. Jaime sucks at names and faces. He had to remember Aerys’ hands, for instance, by sigil. Interestingly enough, that is often a dyslexic thing, although I don’t think he’s canonically dyslexic. So, while he did meet Jeyne once, a long time ago, that doesn’t necessarily mean he can recognize her on sight now, especially since she’s much older.

    4. Jeyne’s little sister isn’t seen or mentioned at Riverrun, although her brother is.

    5. Add 2, 3, and 4 up, and you get the idea that the girl Jaime met might, in fact, have been Jeyne’s little sister, which means Jeyne escaped — possibly with the Blackfish — and that one really good reason to run the hell away would be if she was carrying Robb’s child.

As for the head of House Stark being an infant, I — and a lot of people, I think — am a lot more interested in the fact that one of the most likely places the Blackfish could be running to right now is The Vale of Arryn.

  • Shan,

I think it is unlikely that a pregnant woman would be able to escape with the Blackfish, who likely had to swim through rough currents and under the portcullis at the very least.

  • Tyrion Pimpslap,

Yeah, I mean, obviously, this theory is kind of a crack theory. Possible, but unlikely.

That said, we wouldn’t be talking, like, heavily pregnant. We’d be talking first trimester. The problem wouldn’t be how she looks now — it would be how she’d start looking, four months from now, while sitting around either in Lannister custody or at least under some kind of guard. I mean, you can only blame the lemon cakes for so long.

Plus, there’s the motivation factor. If I thought my choices were to swim upstream under a portcullis or to have my newborn baby loaded into a trebuchet the day it was born, I’d probably give swimming the old college try.

  • I too am excited for the bath scene, but how likely is it that they’ll show the flashback to Stark slaughtering and Kingslaying? Sure hope they show something along those lines, even if it’s very vague and keeps the characters’ faces hidden.

  • GreatJon of Slumber:
I think it’s just amusing that people want to throw Ros in as the ‘substitute’ for any other character who does not show up.

Coming seasons, fair uses of Ros:

–The unnamed assassin in Oldtown who kills “Pate”

    Already appeared on the show.

  • Nezzer: Please, tells us about it. I mean, just your opinion about it. Was it as epic and shocking as in the book?

Even more so! You won’t be disappointed.

  • Antmanx68:
The night is dark and full of BJ’s.

That’s actually not what it looks like. if you can manage to pause the video in time, or play it in really slow motion, it’s a head (no not that head silly). Probably Stannis. You can make out a nose.

  • Nick_Scryer: Seeing Talisa at the RW makes me think they’ll drop the Fake Arya plot and marry Ramsay to Talisa Stark instead, Theon saving her would be even more heroic then.

Hmmm. I agree that it is an excellent way to shrink the character list and simplify the plot, especially if the speculation about Robb’s wife in future books is correct.

However, I hate, despise and loathe Theon and refuse to acknowledge anything he does as heroic, not matter what it is.

I am also not a Talisa fan and was really hoping we’d see the last of her at the RW.

  • Yellow Dog,

The description of his face in the book matches the previous description of someone else’s face. On the show, the appearance of that particular… face happens in Valar Morghulis.

    Nah. Just use Ros.

Ah. I wondered if that was it, but I didn’t catch the matching descriptions. Thanks!

Kinda dissapointing that Roose is already at the ceremony, it worked better with him arriving with his “Jaime Lannister sends his regards” line as his Hello.

I love that. Especially the redemption quality with it being Robb’s wife. I hope you’re right.

  • Mel’s kissing somebody’s face. It’s pretty clear to me. Not sure where the BJ thoughts coming from.

It was hard to see watching the trailer in normal speed. If you pause it or watch in slow motion, you can easily make out a face. But hey she could actually be going down on him right there.

  • […] Besides several new scenes, this promo includes brief looks at Roose Bolton (0:09), Daario (0:24), Wendel Manderly (also 0:09), and possibly Strong Belwas (0:29), but the real gem is the aforementioned peek at Jaime Lannister (0:18) in a very important bathtub scene (important story-wise, not important because he gets naked, although since this is HBO, there’s a decent chance you’ll get to see the little lion of Lannister, if you know what I mean). The gents at WinterIsComing.net have compiled the full list of new footage here. […]
