I’ll have to bribe one of my friends going to hit up Booth 5343 for me– LOVE those Funko figures.

I’m actually a little surprised we haven’t heard about a series three for the regular line of Game of Thrones POP vinyls. I hope they aren’t discontinuing them!

Does anyone know if you’ll be able to buy the Funko Pop! figure, or is the only way you can get it at the con?

outside the box question. Do we know if they are sticking with Season Two “Mountain that Rides” or is it someone new, or even better back to the actor who played him in Season One?
Obviously a pivotal scene in Season Four so it is an important question

    Michael,

They could have a work-around where they have him wear a helmet? Of course I’m hoping for Conan Stevens.

Really hoping for a ‘new cast’ video similar to last year! Could be a good couple of days with the emmy nominations on thursday too!

Anyone want to take a guess at what the exclusive pop figure will be? They’ve been doing a lot of “bloody” variants lately. I think that would work well with GoT.

They could do an updated version of Ned that doesn’t bobble.

Or maybe the nominations won’t be so great (if Michelle and Nicolaj don’t get nominated, it will be a true shame).

Is there a live feed for the panel or do we have to wait until someone uploads it to YouTube?

If there’s no news about that during Comic Con I’m ready to give up any hope of a possible return for Conan Stevens (aka The Moutain v1.0). Unfortunately, I think they will announce Ian Whyte (sorry if I mispelled it) to return as Gregor Clegane for season 4. I’d really like to be proven wrong. No offense to the guy, but Stevens IS the moutain. He should be the one doing the duel.

Every year I wonder why they don’t livestream it, or at least record the panel and upload it to the official GoT youtube channel. Instead, we have average to mediocre quality videos, and have to wait hours/days after the convention is done for someone to upload them :/

There are a number of former wrestlers/stuntmen who have the bulkier body type needed. I really really hope D&D found someone. My own hasty search found: Nathan Jones 6’11″, 375; Kipp Christianson 7’0″, 304; Brian Norton 6’10″, 309; Steven Slocum 6’11″, 320; Ron Reis 7’1″, 366; Robert Maillet 6’11″, 320; Dennis the Giant 7’1″, 350; and Dalip Rana with some lightening makeup 7’1″, 419.

Conan Stevens is 7’0″, 315 for reference. It’s gonna suck if they just pad armor, that works for Brienne because she’s just supposed to be a big woman with many other character traits. The Mountain is just one thing… massive killing power.
