TitanCon returns in September
By Hear Me Roar on in Events.

If you missed your chance in the previous years, you will be happy to hear that TitanCon is coming back this year as well; the weekend in question is 12-14 September 2014. As always, this Belfast event will open with a literature night the day before the convention on Saturday, and wrap up with the traditional coach tour on Sunday.

Want to join this most fan-friendly Game of Thrones convention? The atmosphere is exceptional, informal, and of course nothing beats meeting some of your favourite actors and visiting the locations you have seen on the TV screen before. Note the date below, ten days from now.

Tickets for TitanCon 2014 will go on sale at 12.00 midday (UK time) on Saturday 22 February 2014.

No, sorry. I live someplace that isn’t Ireland or New Mexico. No GoT for us.

On an unrelated note, HBO just uploaded this short clip of D.B. Weiss talking about Bronn’s relationship with Tyrion.

Anyone who’s familiar with the vast collection of bonus clips on stevethepirate78’s page will have probably seen it already though.

Does anyone know if they usually sell out of tickets? Thinking about going for the 1st time this year.

Nah, convention tickets (for the Saturday) don’t run out unless the interest is many times higher this year compared to last year. Tickets for the coach tour may run out, but they aren’t available to buy until May/June.

I’ll seriously consider, I’ll see who’s going first.

Very interesting. Does anybody know when they will announce which actors are going to the event?

The list of guests will be updated from now up to the day of the convention.

    Nikola S,

TitanCon is situated in Belfast during the autumn partly to have access to actors/creators, which means that in general they won’t know if they are available for TitanCon until only a short time before it actually starts (sometimes cancellations and appearances have been confirmed just the day before), unless the character is not in the current season.
Without knowing anything specific I’d guess that Miltos Yerolemou and Kristian Nairn will show up – they generally do :)

    Hear Me Roar,

You better be there again Marko! I need to talk to you about Brienne some more.
