  • Has Sophie Turner turned 18 yet? Jesus Holy Fuckin’ Christ, she’s astonishing, what a woman!

  • Sophie definitely has a career ahead of her past GOT. She is just too beautiful. Whether she becomes a model or a Bond girl, we will be seeing much more of her in my opinion.

  • Pedro,

Yes, you can now drool while looking at her without being looked at as a creep.

… What the hell are they wearing? Like, seriously?

  • It’s funny to see how Maisie hogs the conversation and overshadows Sophie Turner. She seems at ease with interview despite her young age.

  • Hope everything is alright. Hope everything is alright. ..
What’s that floating in the water?
    Oh, Neptune’s only daughter.
I believe, in Mr Mads Mikkelsen being cast as Euron
    Do you have another opinion?

  • What “adult scene” do you think they’re talking about? It’s not the bedding scene from her wedding night cos that was drastically toned down. I wouldn’t describe getting your period as particularly adult. All her scenes in s1 were pretty tame. Do you think it’s the Riot of King’s Landing scene or something from s4?

  • GG: What “adult scene” do you think they’re talking about?

The scene when she was almost raped and Sandor saved her.

  • Joh,

Hogging the conversation during a joint interview isn’t a sign of someone “overshadowing” another person. It’s inconsiderate, especially since you can tell Sophie was trying to get a word in but couldn’t.

  • Jack,

I’m glad I’m not the only who thought it was inconsiderate. I would have liked to see Sophie answer more questions since the ones she did answer were quite snarky/funny.

  • I love it when they get together and do interviews. So cute. Sassy Sophie :)

They had some sort of husky/inuit dogs come in too, seemed like fun!

  • Some of the comments on here….. Saying Maisie was “Inconsiderate”, saying the interview was awful, complaining about what they were wearing…… Seven hells guys.

  • Concerning the interview being ‘awful’, it is a pre-watershed show, so they were hardly going to go into much detail, the hosts were just keeping things lighthearted. To be honest I’m surprised they even spoke about GOT on The One Show.

The near-rape when the Hound rescued her. It’s been discussed in interviews with her a few times.

  • Their DVD commentary showed just how excited and young they are. At one point Maise was being too silly and Sophie was like “what’s wrong with you?” they all laughed. They’re outgoing and having fun is all. Good to have personality instead of too serious, they are teenagers after all.

  • For non-Brits: The One Show is really weird. It’s a magazine programme shown at 7pm so it contains interviews with celebrities mixed with segments on bird watching, history (usually WWII, you know, the ‘good’ war), or science. It’s the lightest of light entertainment so even getting GoT actors on there is a testament to how mainstream the show has become now.

Pretty sad to see people commenting on what Sophie and Maisie were wearing; when did WiC become a trashy celebrity gossip site?

  • Also on the BBC last night, The Sarah Millican show had Finn Jones, John Bradley-West and Kristian Nairn on, doing a couple of (pretty unfunny IMO) skits / GoT parodies.

The show has certainly entered the mainstream public consciousness like never before this season.

  • The One Show is strange. I always find that guests seem slightly awkward and it all seems so scripted and lacking in spontaneity. I Wish the BBC would just spend all it’s money on wildlife docs narrated by David Attenborough!!

  • When interviewing two people, it is up to the Interviewers to address a specific person if they want that person to answer the question.

Maisie only answered questions either directed to her or directed to both and there was always a pause before she started answering. The 5ft 1 inch teenager didn’t jump all over the 5ft 9 inch adult. She simply answered a question. Sophie could have answered as well directly after if she wanted to.

Or according to you all, has Sophie Turner now turned in to Sansa Stark, needing saving from everything and everyone.

  • It’s surprising to see pre-watershed publicity for Game of Thrones over here, but anything that hooks in more viewers is good news.

“No, not that Jon Snow!” Lol :)

There was a John Snow in 19th century London who made the link between dirty water and the spread of cholera, but he died before his theory was confirmed. The slums of the city had turned into a real-life Flea Bottom.

    Sharing facts is fun :D.

  • Probably my least favorite actors in the show.
They just seem so annoying and clueless.

  • Jon Targaryan:

Jon Targaryan is probably my least favourite poster on this site.

He just seems so annoying and clueless.

  • Dolorous Ned,

Worth noticing is a shot the dreadfort I think, and with Yara on her way there.
Also some new shots of Oberyn, Jaime/Cersei, Tyrion/Shea, Deanerys.

  • Dolorous Ned,

    First video :

A very beautiful shot of Yara in a boat at night.
Oberyn holding a torch in a dark room.
Arya and The Hound looking at something.

Second video (First episode only) :

Daenerys and Missandei talking in front of the sea, with some really cool unsullied shots.
Extended shot of Jaime and Tywin talking.
Jaime trying to get sensual with Cersei.
Jon talking to Janos Slynt and others Night’s Watch mens.
    Wildings aiming at something.
    Shae trying to kiss Tyrion.

    Nothing memorable but you asked.

  • Its got to that point now where I’m sick of teasers and trailers. I just wanna see the freakin’ episodes!!!

  • Its not meant to be indepth coverage guys. Its meant to be a bit of lively fun for people just getting home from work. I mean, they probably had segments on bad weather and the state of pig farming in Gloucester around it. Its The One Show, they ask celebs what they think of stuff no one cares about.

I find it strange that you feel the need to point out that Maisie is a teenager while calling Sophie an adult when they are a year apart. This has nothing to do with age.

  • Hounded,

Same, I’ve seen way too much.

@BalerionTheCat : Trust me it’s not worth it. It’s a series of quick shot and we’re only 4 days away stay strong ! I’m sorry :(

  • Balerion The Cat:
    Ozymandias,
    Viktor,

Can you good Sers please download these videos and upload them back to youtube? A man would be in your debt!

I’m sure they will be up before the premiere for everyone to see, HBO Nordic gets to show stuff first for some reason this year and then it goes wide.

  • Ms. Turner is definitely going to have a career, I still need to watch her previous work like “Another Me” and “13th Tale” and her ability with other characterizations. Looking forward to “Barely Lethal” sounds interesting, maybe that’s why it’s scheduled to be released her in American theaters. Sophie will, without a doubt have a future in modeling, damn.
Maisie is very fun to listen too and very at ease with interviewers, besides becoming a lovely and outgoing young women. I can see her in comedy roles besides drama and perhaps a co-host of a show by the time she is in her thirties. Ms. Williams has a similar personality to Kelly Ripa.

  • mage,

Sophie is a bit more retiring than Maisie but there is a smart wit in there and I love it when she lets it out. In just about every interview she will say something funny and a little bit different. I’m hoping that by the end of the series when (really IF) Sansa can openly use her power that snarky part of Sophie will shine through. It would be spectacular fun to see her get to play a fully empowered woman who has survived so much.

  • So my comment is awaiting moderation…
The screenshots will be useless by that time :/
