  • Pod has learned a lot from being in Tyrion’s service
  • Does Pod suspect who the ominous ‘they’ are
  • Will Pod use this as an opportunity to climb the ladder of power

He can sing, he is the most loyal squire AND he has the one cock to rule them all? Brienne better settle down, the sexual tension between those behemoths is going to be unbearable.

It looks like we are going to get 7-8 of Dany in a row, but yet we cant even get two episodes with Arya and The Hound?

They have been the most entertaining pair this season but it looks like they are only going to be in about 5 episodes which is a shame. I have a feeling they will be in episode 8 (Hound wounded) and the finale (Arya boards ship) but im really worried that they will only be in 1 or 2 other episodes

I really hope they feature in Bryan Cogmans other episode (dont know what one that is) because i loved their scenes in Kissed by Fire

    WheelofIceandFire,

Is that a surprise? Strictly speaking, Dany’s storyline has a lot more gas left than theirs does, despite A Series of Inconsequential Events that may be in store for her.

    jentario,

Ros confirmed he doesn’t have an extraordinary dongle, just an extraordinary way about him. I interpreted the scene as suggesting his empathy during lovemaking. The richest clientele can’t be bothered to provide the girls any pleasure if their chief motive in the bedroom is feeding their egos and basest, emotionally disconnected desires.

I like to think Pod gave them as much attention as they gave him, which they weren’t at all used to, and that made for a lovely Game of Throws despite the herculean task of servicing three women.

    Rabid Grunt,

Ive been thinking about this a lot. Obviously the first episode counts as one and we know they have a fight near the vale but i have been wondering if Arya and The Hound are going to meet Rorge and Biter this season? Maisie Williams mentions something about Arya ticking names off of her list and i think it would make more sense for them to show up in Arya’s arc instead of Briennes.

Plus, the gift of mercy scene in going to be featured and i could see them having Biter/Rorge (or some random guys) attacking the old man before Arya and The Hound show up

Rorge and Biter aren’t on Arya’s list.

She will have to tick some names just because they’re dead, even if it had nothing to do with her – first Joffrey, then Tywin. And the Hound was on her list, too.

    Annara Snow,

Should be an interesting scene when Arya has a chance to add the Hound to her list of accomplishments in a moment of “mercy” then pulls back and lets him live with the pain…her final “mentoring” moment with the Hound. Arya’s maturation and growth this season is going to be amazing (I hope).

Daniel is great. I’m really looking forward to his travels. Do you-all think that he’ll leave with Brienne or that they’ll have him follow her like in the books, just an abbreviated version? I’m kind of hoping for the latter.

Nah, we’re gonna get 6 episodes of Dany in a row, maximum. She wasn’t in episode 2, and she won’t be in episode 9.

Having Pod follow Brienne would be much better I think. We would think Brienne is under threat and then discover that it’s just Pod.

    WompWomp,

I share the same sentiment. In that part of the world where is all about “take, take, take” or “give but for a price”, I think he just took as much as he gave and vice-versa. He enjoyed himself while enjoying being with all of them, making them also enjoy being with him. Very human.

If this was not a thing to just to “open” Pod a bit, then I like to think this is why Pod got the fame. At least that’s what I got from it.

Is it just me or is Daniel looking a bit like Wil Wheaton?

Know that I think of it, the unconventional spelling of Wil makes his name look like a Westeros name. I could see Ser Wil Wheaton being a minor Tully bannerman.
