Travel-related issues has delayed our discussion of ‘The Mountain and the Viper’, and we’ve promised it is coming this week. Stay tuned, friends!

Audio Disclaimer: We unfortunately depended on a backup recording of the show, but hope you will enjoy the great conversation we shared with Kristian Nairn and the amazing fans that made the trip to Indianapolis. Thank you again, times infinity.

  • Been looking forward to this one. Yeah, someone sent me a taunting pic from the con. *squint*

  • Having a real hard time understanding what anybody is saying. Especially since they’re, as usual, are talking over one another, which is not so bad in the regular show but for this its a huge problem.

  • It was a task to bring the backup audio to a place where it was reasonably releasable (very glad that the backup was made on our end). I apologize for this, everyone. It wasn’t a nice few minutes when we learned there was an issue providing our audio after the fact. Sorry :/

  • Regrettable, but I understand the difficulty. I’m sure the discovery was like the horror of sitting at a wedding and suddenly hearing the Rains of Castermere playing.

  • No problem. It sounds much better now. It’s still a little echoey, but that is to be expected.

  • You just didnt have the right equipment set-up. You hook up from the direct outs when possible or use prespillters with preamps when you dont. Otherise it’s always messy.

  • Oh geez what a crappy GOT episode for you all to have to delay your reaction podcasts almost a week after. (Not complaining i know complications of travel and all just sucks having to wait so long for the reaction podcast after such an epic episode.)

  • A wolf named Dire,

I know, we’ve been bummed about it all week. Looking forward to a long talk, too many feels to bottle up this long. It’s probably a good opportunity now to gather some specific topics you all would like to hear us target.

  • Couldn’t get past the bag pipes o_o they hurt my brain, like Gregor’s fists.

Hope you all had a great time though. Am looking forward to your reactions aproper.

My only suggestion for the show is make it longer and have a little spoiler section at the end. :) This site is for viewers AND readers

  • Sorry you guys had audio problems. I tried to listen but it was too muddy for me, no slam on you. Stuff happens. Looking forward to the next ‘cast.

  • Shame you had the issues but got most of the interview and it was great.

Looking forward to discussion on the last episode, out on Friday?

    Keep up the great work.

  • sorry, I tried,
but the audio is really bad I can’t understand a word you guys are saying…
    don’t worry about it … ‘shi#@ happens’.

    love your podcast
looking forward for ep-8 recap .

  • I feel for you, must have been an awful feeling.
spacechampion phrased it well :P But no worries, it’s the content that matters, and you’re a hero making the audio work. The event sounded great, wish I were there (not the least because that would mean I’d have time for vacation).
