Welcome back to another week of Take the Black, Winter is Coming’s Game of Thrones podcast. This week, Isis, Cory, Ani, and myself are joined by the Banditref himself, Charles Evans, as we delve into the amazing episode that was “Home.” On this week’s podcast, our topics range from:

  • Bran’s Weirwood dreams
  • Hodor speaks!
  • The show purposefully showed Lyanna Stark
  • Are the Children of the Forest just extras from Broadway’s Cats?
  • Meera Reed is a moody girl probably dream-journaling in the snow
  • #BoltonFamilyValues
  • Did Fat Walda meet the fate deserved by all Freys because of her father’s sin?
  • Is Cersei resigned to the fact that Tommen will die like the rest of her children?
  • Should Jaime have spilled the High Sparrow’s blood in the sept?
  • Is Tyrion a secret Targaryen?
  • Will the dragons now escape their tomb?
  • Hooray, Balon is dead and Euron is on the show!
  • Does Yara stand a chance at the Kingsmoot, and will Theon have any role to play?
  • Will Sansa make it to the Wall?
  • What will Arya’s next assignment be?
  • Is Wun Wun the true hero of the episode?
  • Should Jon now be called Sexy Jesus since he has arisen from the dead?

Take The Black Season 6 Episode 2

Our merry band of hooligans break all this down on this week’s episode of Take the Black. As usual, Take the Black leans a tad bit on the NSFW side (beware the F-bombs). And as always, we try to keep things as spoiler-free and Unsullied-friendly as possible (Isis and Cory haven’t read the books). At this point in the Game of Thrones story, book-readers and show-watchers are all basically in the same boat anyway.

FanSided is working with Brightcove to get get Take the Black into iTunes and Google Play, but due to some technical hullabaloo regarding YouTube, there’s a delay. So we thank you for being patient, and we hope you still enjoy the show.
