Kit Harington in Belfast, the filming hub for Game of Thrones Season 7

The man himself has been spotted in Belfast. Kit Harington, aka Jon Snow, aka the White Wolf, aka the Crow Who Wouldn’t Die, snapped a selfie with fans at the George Best Belfast City Airport.

Belfast, of course, is the filming hub for Game of Thrones Season 7. If Harington was there, we can only assume that he was filming some scenes as the new King in the North, probably at Titanic Studios.

Still, Harington may be done with filming for the moment, if that’s what he was doing. According to Tove Kane, one of the two fans who appears in the picture with Harington (the other is her sister), he was on his way out of the city. “He was flying from Belfast to London on the same flight as our mum,” she said to Belfast Live. “My sister was behind him in the check-in line. She had been chatting to him so sweetly and non-invasively in the line where people were pushing in.”

"I spotted him and walked straight up all brave and brazen and said, ‘Kit. Hi, can we have a selfie? We are such fans’. To which he replied with a shy smile, and something like, ‘Go on then’. Not that I heard it because inside Lisa and I were squealing like schoolgirls!"

Harington could always return to Titantic Studios to film more interior shots in the future. And of course, the production is currently prepping to film outdoor scenes all over Europe—it’s currently rebuilding the Winterfell set at Moneyglass, Northern Ireland and preparing to shoot in Spain are ongoing.

Harington isn’t the only cast member vacating the premises. Sophie Turner (Sansa) was spotted in Belfast not long ago, but recently turned up at the Venice Film Festival. She was there to accept the Kinéo Diamanti Award for her work in both Game of Thrones and X-Men: Apocalypse. She dressed up for the occasion.

Tiziana Rocca presented the award. Here’s what she had to say about Turner:

"Every year for the International Prize, we try to find a character that has attracted much attention in the international and the Italian audience. We are very happy that Sophie Turner has agreed to be in Venice because she embodies talent and professionalism and will be the best combination for success."

If you’re wondering, blonde is Turner’s natural hair color. If she hasn’t gone back to Sansa’s auburn yet, we wonder if she filmed anything while in Belfast at all. (Of course, that’s no guarantee, as wigs can do wonders.) Harington, meanwhile, was only in Belfast a very short time—he was filming scenes for The Life and Death of John Donovan just a few days ago. More as it breaks.
