A while ago, we told you about HBO’s official Game of Thrones coloring book from Chronicle Books. The book, which focuses on the show rather than the Song of Ice and Fire novels, features different scenes from the first five seasons. Now, Chronicle Books has released a new page. Behold the Hound:

That’s a great image—I particularly like the border with the Hound’s trademark helmet at the top.

From Chronicle’s press release:

"After a record-setting sixth season, HBO’s Game of Thrones® is a pop-culture institution, and fans can’t seem to get enough. Now, Chronicle Books and HBO give fans a new way to connect with the people, places, and icons from the show with HBO’s GAME OF THRONES COLORING BOOK. Featuring highly detailed illustrations of beloved characters, beautiful settings, and memorable scenes, this coloring book is a must for the millions of fans who want to experience the show in an interactive way."

The book is 60 pages long and features 35 detailed black-and-white images on high-quality paper stock, making it suitable for pen, pencil, and watercolor.

Characters and scenes include:

  • Jon Snow with his direwolf Ghost
  • Sansa Stark
  • Daenerys with the Unsullied
  • Arya with her sword Needle
  • King Joffrey on the Iron Throne
  • The Red Viper, Prince Oberyn Martell
  • Sandor “The Hound” Clegane
  • Brienne of Tarth
  • The majestic beauty of the Eyrie, in the Vale of Arryn
  • Castle Black
  • The imposing Titan of Braavos, across the Narrow Sea
  • Dragonstone, ancestral home of the Targaryens
  • Winterfell, ancestral home of House Stark
  • King’s Landing

Most of the scenes are two-page spreads, including Drogon visiting Daenerys in Meereen, Ned sitting in the Winterfell godswood, and Tyrion lighting up Blackwater Bay with wildfire (bring a lot of green for that one). You can order the coloring book ($15.95) on Chronicle Books’ website. It comes out on November 1.
