Giveaway: Game of Thrones season 1 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray set

HBO is rereleasing the Game of Thrones season 1 Blu-ray boxset, but this time, it’s in 4k Ultra HD, with images so sharp they’ll slice your eyes right out of your head. Now, with thanks to HBO Home Entertainment, we give away a copy to a reader!
We’ll be giving this boxset away on Take the Black Live, our weekly Game of Thrones chat show. The new episode will air this Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. CST on our Facebook page. Read on for details.
And the jaw-dropping visuals alone aren’t enough to sway you, the box set comes loaded with extra features, audio commentaries and much more. For example:

Looking to win? Here’s what to do:
- The new episode of Take the Black Live will start at 4:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, May 30. Head to our Facebook page to watch it live.
- At some point in the show, we’ll ask a trivia question about Game of Thrones and/or A Song of Ice and Fire. When you hear the question, email your answer to dan.selcke@winteriscoming.net. That’s the host.
- The first person to send in a correct answer wins! Dan will write you back with congratulations and ask for a full name and address. If you get back to us with that stuff within 24 hours, we’ll ship the set out to you! If you don’t, you’ll forfeit your right to the set, and we’ll move on to the person who sent in their correct answer next-quickest, and so on until we get a usable response.
You have to be over 18 and a resident of the United States for a chance to win the boxset. Apologies to fans from elsewhere in the world.

The first person to email the correct answer to the trivia question will be eligible to receive the Game of Thrones season 1 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray boxset, valued at $44.95. Within 24 hours of Take the Black Live ending, we will contact the entrant who emailed their correct answer quickest by responding to the email message they sent. We will ask for that person’s full name and address. Entrants must respond to our message within 24 hours. Otherwise, they will be disqualified and we’ll move on to the entrant who left their correct answer second quickest, and so on until we get a usable response.
