Now that the 83-minute marathon of Game of Thrones episode 803, “The Long Night” is over, we’ve got some post-episode photos to go over. Let’s have a look, shall we? First up, brave Theon gave his life to save Bran, the Three-Eyed Raven.

“Theon, you are a good man.” I’m not crying, you’re crying.

The Hound has had it with these motherf**kin wights in this motherf**n castle!

Sansa and Tyrion shared some beautiful moments in this episode.

Samwell did okay for himself. Hey, he didn’t die, right?

Although if he’d stayed in the crypts, maybe Edd wouldn’t have died?

So, this guy can survive dragon fire…

…and raise the dead at will, but he gets taken down by a Valyrian steel dagger? Come on, it needed to be a little more complicated than that. But I digress.

Viserion did not have a good outing. He had half his face ripped off by Rhaegal, then he died when the Night King turned into ice cubes.

Melisandre has to be in the running for MVP of the episode, right?

She and Arya had a moment…

…or two.

“…and blue eyes.”

Lyanna Mormont was a little badass to the end.

Jon Snow had a night where he yelled a lot…

…like a lot.

Grey Worm stood tall against the undead. He might be the only Unsullied left.

Be right back, framing this next photo and hanging it on my wall. GETTEM GHOST!

Gendry made House Baratheon proud in this fight.

Drogon always gets like one awesome shot every season. He’s so photogenic.

Raise your hand if you were proud of Dany for picking up a sword and killing wights!

Still needs armor, though.

Beric Dondarrion started his Game of Thrones journey by going on a mission by Lord Eddard Stark, the Hand of the King, and he ended his journey by protecting Lord Eddard’s daughter.

Do NOT get in Arya’s way. This girl kicked so much ass.

Question: Was it really necessary for Bran to warg when he did? I hope he explains why next episode…who am I kidding; he probably won’t.

Brienne and Jaime, Knights of the Seven Kingdoms, fighting side-by-side.

These images are SO much brighter than the actual episode.

Arya ends the Long Night by killing the Night King. She also comforts the man who died while saving her from dying.

That’s Beric’s flaming sword in that wight.

Oh, gods…EDD NOOOOOOO!

Okay, this is getting to be too much. Dany crying over Jorah’s body has me all up in my feels. Good thing I don’t have to relive that giant squishing Lyanna Mormont…

…oh god, what have I done?

Goodbye forever, Melisandre. I hope R’llhor judges you fairly when you get to whatever afterlife you believe in.

That’s it for this episode. Tune in next week for more death and destruction and tearful goodbyes on Game of Thrones.
