Video: Dobby the House Elf terrorizes somebody’s driveway at night

Harry Potter fans: you all remember the adorable, lovable Dobby the House Elf, don’t you? It appears his ghost — because, spoiler alert, he’s dead — is taking full advantage of being free, and is roaming about people’s driveways at night.

“Dobby has no master because Dobby is a free elf who likes to scare the sh*t out of people,” is what I imagine he’s mumbling to himself above.

Okay, fine, it’s not actually Dobby from Harry Potter, but maybe it’s alien? Whatever this is, it’s creeping me out and making me laugh at the same time.

Moving on, since we’re talking about Harry Potter, we must touch on this exciting piece of news for all the Potterheads out there. Watch the video and be amazed:

According to a press release by Vans, they will be teaming up with whoever owns the Harry Potter apparel rights for an epic collection of shoes, accessories and clothing:

"The footwear, named and styled after each house from Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry will feature four exclusive colorways in Vans’ classic silhouettes — a Sk8-Hi for Gryffindor, an Era for Slytherin, Authentic for Ravenclaw and the Classic Slip-On for Hufflepuff."

But wait, there’s more!

There will also be a Marauder’s Map slip-on, a Golden Snitch Old Skool, and a Vans Era that will display a print inspired by the Daily Prophet. How freaking cool!

Hopefully the shoes are good for running, in case you run into Dobby at night.
