When does The Wheel of Time show come out?
By WiC Staff
Amazon is getting ready to premiere its adaptation of Robert Jordan’s 14-book strong The Wheel of Time series, and fans are getting very excited. After all, they’ve been waiting decades for a proper screen adaptation of the story, and now that it’s finally happening it feels almost surreal.
We don’t have to wait long to watch The Wheel of Time. Amazon is dropping the first three episodes on its streaming service, Amazon Prime Video, on Friday, November 19. The first season is only eight episodes long, meaning we’ll have already watched nearly half before the fourth episode comes out, but that will still be a very good weekend. Plus they’re already working on a second season, so hopefully we won’t have to wait that much longer for more.
But what time exactly will The Wheel of Time premiere on that Friday? Read on?
What time does The Wheel of Time come out?
According to Decider, Amazon Prime Video releases new shows at 12:00 midnight GMT. GMT time is ahead of the clock in every time zone of the United States, so technically us stateside fans should get things earlier. But Amazon accounts for that. A common scheme is for them to release new episodes of shows at 12:30 a.m. PST, 1:30 a.m. MST, 2:30 a.m. CST, and 3:30 a.m. EST.
Whenever you watch The Wheel of Time, it looks like we’re going to be in for something special. See you then.
