Write about Game of Thrones for FanSided!

Greetings, all. Game of Thrones Season 6 is on the way, and before long we’ll be awash in trailers, interviews, and rampant speculation. FanSided, the friendly neighborhood news organization that owns Winter Is Coming, is recruiting people to post about this and other topics on its entertainment page.

FanSided is open to anything—news posts, recaps, longwinded pieces about Song of Ice and Fire esoteria. It’s all fair game.

Intrigued? Interesting? Bored but have nothing better to do? You can send in an application to apps@fansided.com. Applications should include, at minimum, a writing sample or two plus a few words about why you’d be good for this gig. You can also go the extra mile and send in a résumé, but it’s your writing ability that’ll be looked at most closely.

What will you get in return for your work? In addition to the warm glow that comes from a job well done, you’ll be compensated through revenue share, meaning that the more your post gets read, the more you make. There may also be opportunities to move up and around in the company if you’re so inclined—it’s a flexible place.
