Question: Are you a Game of Thrones fan? And would you like to go to the Game of Thrones Season 6 premiere event in Los Angeles, California? If you answered yes, then you’re in luck, as Charitybuzz is currently auctioning-off two tickets to said event, donated directly from HBO.
Here are the details:
- You must be 21 years of age.
- The event date is April 10, 2016. That’s two full weeks before the rest of the general public gets to see it (Exact date and location will be announced closer to the event, but it will be in Spring 2016).
- Does not include meet and greet.
- Approximate duration: Three hours.
- It is unknown if the winner of the tickets will be able to take a photo.
- Travel and accommodations are not included.
There are currently 14 bids, with the highest bid standing at $5,750. The site does say that the tickets have an estimated value of $7,500, and the next person to bid has to make a minimum bid of $6,250. A list of charities that the organization supports can be found on the site:
- A Cure In Our Lifetime Breast Cancer Charity
- ACLU of Southern California
- American Red Cross
- Aspen Film
- Associazione Girotondo for Africa Onlus
- Autism Movement Therapy, Inc.
- Boston Children’s Hospital Trust
- British Academy of Film and Television Arts, Los Angeles
There are some great causes on that list. So if you have the money and you want to bump elbows with the stars of HBO’s Game of Thrones while rubbing your friends’ noses in the fact that you get to see the premiere of Season 6 almost two weeks before them, then you best get to donating, because the auction closes down in 13 days.
