Isaac Hempstead-Wright teases Bran’s story, Madonna flirts with Gwen Christie

Let’s tackle the less strange story first. Isaac Hempstead-Wright, who will return to Game of Thrones as Bran Stark this year after sitting out Season 5, participated in a charity push for Sport Relief. This particular push involved getting celebrities to run on treadmills, and right off the bat, it’s very odd to see Hempstead-Wright using his legs this much. Then the actor gets down to business and starts to tease the crap out of Season 6.

"You wouldn’t think it could get any bigger bit I can say with confidence that this season will be one of the coolest. There’s gonna be a lot of things starting to tie up in Bran’s storyline. It’s really starting to have an effect on the whole world and start to come into its own, so its a big season for everything."

When people talk about the less exciting parts of Game of Thrones, Bran’s name tends to come up, since for two seasons he was making his way toward a mysterious destination without much of consequence seeming to happen to him. Now that he’s gotten where he’s going, signs are that things will pick up. And remember that HBO put Bran front and center in its first teaser trailer for Season 6, so I think we can expect great things from him this year.

And now for something completely different: Madonna brought Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth) up on stage during a recent concert in Sydney, Australia, drank from bananas, and propositioned her.

Geez, Christie just towers over Madonna. According to the Mirror, there was a little more to the moment than is shown in the video.

"Christie: “Madonna, I love you.”Madonna: “I wanna f**k you.”Christie: “Right back at you.”"

So all in all, it looks like a fun night!
