Take the Black Podcast — Episode 601 — The Red Woman

Welcome back to another season of Take the Black, the Winter is Coming Game of Thrones podcast. On this week’s episode, Isis, Ani, Cory, and myself discuss everything and anything from the Game of Thrones Season 6 premiere, “The Red Woman.” After the Season 5 finale, we were left with so many questions:

• Did Sansa and Theon survive their Thelma and Louise jump from the walls of Winterfell, without a sprain or broken bone?
• How will Cersei deal with the death of Myrcella?
• Will Arya be able to overcome her punishment and learn what it means to be no one?
• Is Dorne still a thing?
• Where in the world is Khaleesi San Diego?
• How the heck will the show explain Jorah the Explorer and Daario finding that ring?
• Is Jon Snow still dead?

All those questions were answered, and more, in Episode 601, and our merry band of hooligans break in all down on this week’s episode of Take the Black.

As is usual for us, Take the Black leans a tad bit on the NSFW side (beware the F-bombs). And as always, we try to keep things as spoiler-free and Unsullied-friendly as possible (Isis and Cory haven’t read the books). At this point in the Game of Thrones story, book-readers and show-watchers are all in the same boat, so far as knowing what comes next is concerned.
