Trailer for Game of Thrones Episode 607: “The Broken Man”

HBO has put out the trailer for next week’s episode of Game of Thrones, which has the curious title of “The Broken Man.”

As a reminder for those who are looking for my full scale breakdown: we’ll still be posting that at it’s usual time of 6pm EST, Monday. But until we can get to that, here’s the trailer by itself to hold you over.

If you haven’t seen “Blood of my Blood” yet, or have but don’t want to know what’s coming next, cease reading, because here there be SPOILERS.

Here’s the synopsis:

Episode #57: “The Broken Man”

Debut: SUNDAY, JUNE 5 (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

The High Sparrow eyes another target. Jaime confronts a hero. Arya makes a plan. The North is reminded.

Written by Bryan Cogman; directed by Mark Mylod.

Not in the synopsis, but in the trailer we also learn:

• The Blackfish returns and he is not impressed with anyone. Least of all Jaime.
• Speaking of people who are not impressed with the Lannister twins at the moment, Lady Olenna tears into Cersei.
• Sansa’s also getting pretty defensive about marrying all these men. (You have to admit, Sansa Stark Lannister Bolton *is* a touch unweildy.)
• Yara and Theon are in Volantis? That’s not Meereen.
• Tormond Giantsbane: when he’s not a lover, he’s a public speaker.
• So who is Davos speaking to about this “the living and the dead” stuff?
