Season 7 casting calls—Game of Thrones needs toothless men and babies
Extras NI is a casting agency that touts itself as “the official supplier to Game of Thrones for all background roles in the UK & Ireland.” It’s posted a couple of new casting calls on its Facebook page, calls for what is very likely Game of Thrones Season 7. Check ’em out.
"CASTING CALL: MALES WITH MISSING TEETH AGED 30-60We are currently casting for a featured extras role that requires a male aged 30 to 60 with missing front teeth and is comfortable with this being shown on camera.CRITERIA FOR APPLICATIONS:1. Male aged 30 to 60.2. Must be flexibly available from Sunday 4th September – Friday 9th September.3. Ideally 5’8” – 6’2” & Medium build (but please don’t let this put you off if you are slightly outside these sizes)4. Must be legally allow to work in Northern Ireland.5. This call was posted on August 23.
It sounds like HBO is looking for someone to play a commoner, possibly in King’s Landing. Over the show’s six seasons, many a gap-toothed man and woman has been seen in the crowds, crushing each other to get a look at a member of the royal family.
Next, we have a call for a wee baby.

Must be available for filming between 5th & 9th September 2016. May not be required on all days2. Parent / Guardian must also be available on above dates and have their own transport.3. Obviously, Extas NI is no longer taking submissions for this role.
A mixed race newborn baby could be a Dothraki child, or we could see a continuation of Bran’s vision of Jon’s birth in the Tower of Joy. Perhaps we’ll see Ned carry little Jon Snow back to Winterfell?
Season 7 will be shorter than usual, and I’m honestly not sure where a baby would fit into the story. What do you guys think?
