Faye Marsay (the waif) spotted in Belfast, probably returning for Season 6

More news from across the pond: Twitter user Pearce McMenamin recently snapped a photo of himself with a “few of the girls from game of thrones,” including Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams. Also included in the pic: Faye Marsay, the actress who played Arya’s House of Black and White boarding school buddy the waif during this past season.

If Marsay is in the same place as Turner and Williams, it stands to reason that she’ll be showing up on Season 6 of the show. Last we saw her, she had transformed into Jaqen H’ghar in “Mother’s Mercy,” so at some point in Season 6, she’ll probably be transforming back.

This seems like a decent place to bring up a complaint I had with Arya’s final scene last season. It’d been established that the Faceless Men could, y’know, change their faces. That I’m fine with, although I’d be happy to learn more about the mechanics behind exactly how it works. However, I wasn’t a fan of the waif changing her size, shape, and sex when she transformed into Jaqen H’ghar. That seems like a huge leap, considering what we know about the Faceless Men and their abilities.

I’m not entirely sure why I’m willing to accept a group of shadowy assassins who can change their faces at will but not one who can do the same thing with their shoe size. Gotta draw the line somewhere, I suppose. In any case, I’ll be looking forward to seeing how the producers work Marsay into Season 6.
