As the Game of Thrones fan base grew in size, it was inevitable that viewing parties would begin to pop up. But you don’t want your guests to simply sit on your IKEA couch and eat pizza while enjoying a show set in medieval times, do you? Of course not. You want a party that Robert Baratheon would enjoy. But where do you start?
We’ve thrown several viewing parties, and for this year’s, we have friends and family flying in from multiple states. There are four key components of any good Game of Thrones viewing party: food and drink, decor, games, and the show itself. Like any party, a Game of Thrones shindig may require a little expenditure, but can still be relatively inexpensive. Let’s jump into the guide.
