Should the Beginning of the Universe be Seen on Doctor Who?

We have seen the beginning and the ending of Earth. We have seen the end of time. But what about the beginning of the Universe? That is an area that should be explored more on Doctor Who?
If there is one thing that we have learned on Doctor Who, it is that everything has an ending. Companions depart, and allies leave. We have witnessed the end of the Earth, and the end of time itself. Species have come and gone, with new creatures taking their place before they too go extinct. In fact, we have seen quite a few endings.
We have also seen the beginnings as well. Even Earth formed before our very eyes. Yet, despite several references to Event One and the pre-Universe, we have yet to witness the actual forming of the Universe itself on Doctor Who. Yes, we can piece together the various happenings from the hints given, but it is not the same as seeing those events playing out on screen.

Unfortunately, as the TARDIS draws power from the Universe, the Doctor would not be able to travel to the moments before the creation of the Universe. However, that does not mean that he could not go to the point in time just after it was created, witnessing the formation of the galaxies and the elder planets with whichever companion he has at the time.
It would also be fascinating to see what creatures arrive during the beginning of the Universe as well. The Beast — who claims to be older than the Universe — is said to have come into it at that point, referring to the event as “The Cataclysm.” According to the novels, the Elder Gods of Lovecraft ventured forth, using that moment as their chance to find a new universe to conquer. What other beings, both fair and foul, came through at that moment?
On the other hand, there are some scientists who claim that the Universe may not even have a beginning… so The Beast could be telling quite the tall tale.
