See Game of Thrones stars on the Emmy red carpet

Last night, several Game of Thrones cast members turned up at the BAFTA LA party, held by BBC America. Now, as we speak, the cast members are sitting in their seats in the Microsoft Theater, watching the 68th Annual Primetime Emmys get underway and crossing their fingers that the presenters will call their name when the time comes. (If things go as planned, the categories for which Game of Thrones is nominated won’t be up until late in the show.)
Anyway, before they took their seats, they walked the red carpet. Take a look.

Emilia Clarke, wearing a monochromatic cream-colored dress that hits the ground without an inch to spare.

Sophie Turner, in her natural blonde hair color, hit the red carpet in a lacey black dress. But all I can look at is the way the light is hitting her ring. It kind of looks like her finger is exploding.

Gwendoline Christie (Brienne) also wears black on blonde. It has…trim, and, uh, a bow thing…I don’t know a ton about fashion. It is pretty.

Maisie Williams always seem to have fun with her outfits. Last night, at the BAFTA LA party, she wore a dress with rocket ships on it. Now she’s wearing colorful flowers. The green eye shadow and the bun and the triangle purse are cool, too.

Oh, I know this one! Kit Harington’s in a tux! Also, note that he’s not wearing Jon Snow’s Season 6 man bun. Welcome back, Kit Harington hair classic.

Naturally, George R.R. Martin was in attendance, as well.
