As the world turns, so does the celebrity news roll in. On this go-round, a former Game of Thrones assassin gets a new gig, Sophie Turner grants a wish, and Maisie Williams hangs out with some wizards.

Faye Marsay (the Waif) may have quit social media following her two-year stint on the show, but she’s stil very much in the acting game. Digital Spy reports that she has landed a role in the upcoming BBC One drama McFafia. Despite sounding as if it revolve around a gangland war between McDonald’s and Burger King, the eight-part miniseries will actually depict the descent of James Norton’s character Alex Godman into the Russian Mafia. Marsay will play Norton’s sister.

Elsewhere, Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark) took advantage of a break in Season 7 filming to grant the wish of an 18-year-old fan named Kieran, who’s been diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma, a form of bone cancer.

Turner chatted with Kieran about his dream to be a Paralympian over afternoon tea in London. The meeting was arranged by Rays of Sunshine, a British children’s charity. Kieran, along with his parents and sister, spent the afternoon talking all things Game of Thrones with Turner. “This day has been the best day of my life,” he said. “Meeting Sophie Turner was a dream come true.”

And queue the feelings.

Meanwhile, the other Stark daughter also took a break from filming to attend the London premiere of Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them. Maisie Williams (Arya) walked the red blue carpet, showcasing the tattoo she recently had done to commemorate her time on Game of Thrones. Turner also inked “08-07-09” on her forearm to mark the date both were cast on Thrones. And more feelings.
