If you’re gearing up for conventions, watch parties, special events, or just a normal ol’ Tuesday, these Doctor Who cosplay ideas are the best.
We still have a few months before the season 10 premiere, but that isn’t dampening our mood, at all. We’re keeping our spirits high with a little Doctor Who cosplay inspo. And looking forward to the opportunity to trot out new ideas. Since the Gallifrey One Convention is next month, and tons of upcoming watch parties, it never hurts to keep your costume game strong.
We’re a cheery bunch here at Doctor Who Watch, so we don’t really need the excuse of a convention or a watch party. We’ll don our favorite Doctor Who duds anytime we like. I mean… I’m wearing a bowtie right now.
In the spirit of keeping things festive, we’ve scoured the internet for cosplay ideas in all things Doctor Who.
Speaking of Gallifrey, a few years ago, the mega-con had a “cross-play” panel, in which all the Doctor costumes were worn by women, and the results were incredible.

Anybody can be be the Doctor, but it takes a certain amount of ingenuity to go as the TARDIS! Check out this lady from the 2015 MCM Comic Con.

Here’s a good idea for you and your squad. You don’t have to draw straws to decide who gets to be the Doctor – everybody gets their turn to be which ever Doctor they desire.
Let’s hope this committed cosplayer didn’t get caught up in a strong wind at the 2016 NYC Comic Con. Things could have gone terribly wrong. However, it looks like it would be one of a kind – and sure bet for any type of contests.
