Doctor Who Season 10 Writers Revealed

The writers for all the episodes for the upcoming Doctor Who season 10 have been revealed and it’s gonna be an excellent season.
The Doctor Who Season 10 writers were revealed on the latest edition of The Fan Show over the weekend. According to the YouTube channel, it looks like Steven Moffat will have a lot to do with shaping the season – particularly the last half.
The 12 new episodes of the new season has been filming in Cardiff since June of 2016, and is rumored to start airing in April. Now, The Fan Show host Christel Dee revealed this weekend that, ““[Episode 6 and Episode 7] are written by Steven Moffat and Peter Harness …” Although we don’t know yet if the shows are two-parters, co-written, or if the two wrote one each, on their own.

These episodes were part of the fifth block of shooting. According to CultBox Daniel Nettheim directed this fifth block of the season. Netheim previously directed Harness’ 2015 two-parter, “The Zygon Invasion” and “The Zygon Inversion,”
Harness previously told CultBox: “I’d love to do something with the Mara and/or the Krynoids. And I have an idea for bringing something/one else back which I’m not going to tell you in case I’m allowed to. Cause I wouldn’t want to spoil the surprise.”
CultBox also revealed earlier this year that episode 6 is titled, “Extremis,” but more information about these episodes haven’t been available until now.
This block of episodes is currently filming and is being directed by Class alum Wayne Yip. Episodes 8 and 10 writers include Being Human creator Toby Whithouse and Sherlock co-creator Mark Gatiss.
