How the Doctor Would Feel about Donald Trump as President

With the current political climate all over the world, many are turning to fictional worlds but how would the Doctor react to Donald Trump?

In our political climate, especially those of us who have the Agent Orange Donald Trump has our president, the world can be scary. So we turn to our favorite shows and hope that we can find an escape.

But what’s terrible is that many of our favorite shows would have a political opinion in the 2016 election. Don’t believe me? Just look at things like Harry Potter and Star Wars and yes, even Doctor Who. They all have their mindsets and, unfortunately for Trump supporters, none of them accept his policies. (Honestly as no one should. He’s a monster.)

But how would the Doctor react to meeting Trump? First of all, it depends on what Doctor is meeting him. If it’s Twelve, we hope that Malcolm Tucker rears his ugly head and takes on Trump full on. Because you know that Tucker wouldn’t let him out alive.

If it’s Eleven, let’s just bring Rory around so he can punch him like he did Hitler. Basically, the Doctor wouldn’t like Trump. Not in the slightest. The Doctor, a Time Lord who spends his time trying to make the world safe and protect humans, would not deal well with a man who is racist and sexist and xenophobic.

Honestly, the Doctor would probably assume he’s an alien of some kind trying to bring destruction on the world and try to stop him.

So escape into Doctor Who and live well knowing that the Doctor would most definitely hate Donald Trump and would think this man wasn’t human. Because really, I’m not so sure of his humanity myself.
