Doctor Who Rumors: Is That A Regeneration Easter Egg?

Part of Doctor Who — especially Moffat’s era, are Easter eggs.
Part of the fun is looking around, trying to find what hidden fun has been snuck in so well, you’ll miss it if you blink (don’t blink!). So, it’s only likely that when I saw what had to be an easter egg during Smile, my mind went a-wheeling.
While most eyes were on the emoji robots, something seemed to catch my eye on Bill’s jacket.

Is it 13? Is it ?Ei or !3¿ The weirdest part being, this is stitched on the inside of her coat since it’s tied around her waist. So unless English people have a new trend I haven’t heard about, I’m calling this an easter egg.
I looked a bit on the front of her jacket, hoping that maybe the jacket would have the answers of the universe on it, but no. On the front of her jacket, nothing seems to stick out:

- A rainbow, which makes sense as she’s LGBTQIA+
- A robot, but nothing that looks like anything suspicious
- A WOW! comic blast, but other than saying that a lot…
- She’s wearing necklaces, but they remind me more of Game of Thrones than anything else (wolves, etc)
- Her shirt reminds me of the sixth doctor’s appearance, and I’m sure people have linked the multitude of color to the fourth doctor as well. There have already been rumors the new doctor might be a throwback to the older generation Who.
I haven’t seen any other site notice this, so it’s possible I’m looking into things, or perhaps maybe Bill’s coat is bigger on the inside and the 13th doctor is hiding in the pockets.
