Con of Thrones is the biggest convention for fans of Game of Thrones and A Song of Ice and Fire ever attempted, and it’s happening from June 30 to July 2 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee. And there are plenty of Game of Thrones cast and crew members attending, including:

  • Iwan Rheon (Ramsay Bolton)
  • Kerry Ingram (Shireen Baratheon)
  • Kate Dickie (Lysa Arryn)
  • Rupert Vansittart (Yohn Royce)
  • Sam Coleman (Young Hodor)
  • Aimee Richardson (Myrcella Baratheon)
  • Miltos Yerolemou (Syrio Forel)
  • David Peterson (the conlanger behind the Dothraki and Valyrian languages)
  • Tommy Dunne (the show’s Weapons Master)

Now we know about the entertainment attendees will get on Friday night. First up is Daenerys and the Targaryens, a Game of Thrones-themed punk band out of Denver.

Also in attendance will be The Manimals, a “glam/punk/powerpop” band from NYC. According to the press release, their live show is “is a throwback to the wild thrills of early punk rock, but with lyrical intensity and melodic heights rarely found in its modern iterations.” Rock on.

The Manimals have two albums out: Born Strange and SEVENSEVEN, as you might have guessed from the title, is based on A Song of Ice and Fire, so expect a lot of cuts off that one.

Next up: The Smoothrays, a band based right there in Nashville. Their debut album, Wicked Kids, came out last year.

Finally, actor and comedian Steve Love will be in attendance. You might remember him as the guy of 1001 Game of Thrones impressions, or as the dude hanging out with the Brotherhood Without Banners when the Hound went on his rampage in “No One.”

Okay, that got a little blue, but still: those voices are no joke.
