Screencap breakdown: The official trailer for Game of Thrones season 7

Speaking of the dragons, we next get a shot of their mother arriving at Dragonstone, the ancient Targaryen stronghold and the place where she was born.

It’s also where Stannis was hanging out in the first four seasons. I imagine he left it very orderly for her.

This next shot is interesting: Dany, newly arrived at the beaches of Dragonstone, takes a minute to put her hand on the sand. Is she just taking in the enormity of finally having arrived in Westeros?

In any case, she’s building up to a big proclamation. “I was born to rule the Seven Kingdoms.”

“And I will.”

Cue a shot of Daenerys sitting her sweet new throne, flanked by her Dothraki attendants.

These next few shots are very intriguing: we have Unsullied soldiers charging through an archway. Going by the elaborate “L” and the lion sigils, I’m going to say these guys are invading Casterly Rock, the Lannister home base! We’ve heard plenty about the Rock during the course of the show, so it’ll be fun to actually see it.

And then an Unsullied soldiers skewers a Lannister soldier. More things that make Cersei scream internally.
