Entertainment Weekly reunites the Stark children for new covers and photos
By Dan Selcke
Game of Thrones season 7 is fast approaching, and Entertainment Weekly — which has long had its ear to the ground of what’s going on in Westeros — is capitalizing on the hype with five different GoT-themed covers for this week’s issue. The gimmick: they all involve the Stark children, not seen together in a group like this since the very first episode of the show!
It’s just good to see the lot of them together again, all grown up! Even still, the covers have nothing on some of the delightful group shots EW took:
Smiles be damned — Isaac Hempstead Wright (Bran) is going to give you smolder.
It’s great to get a close look at some of the costumes they’ll presumably be wearing during season 7, too, particularly Arya’s rich brown leather outfit and Sansa’s patterned black gown. Although Bran’s buckles-and-fur ensemble ain’t too shabby, either, to say nothing on Jon’s duel-direwolf breastplate. They all look terrific, is the message here.
In pictures so joyful you could die, the Stark sisters get cozy:
All photos are by Marc Hom, including this one of Jon Snow looking a little confused by all these feeder cables:
And it looks like they were mostly taken on the set in 2016.
