In continuing to answer Doctor Who fans’ prayers, Big Finish is going to produce The Doctor’s Daughter audio adventures
For anyone who loved The Doctor’s Daughter, Big Finish is offering us a special treat. According to Georgia Tennant’s own Twitter, she announced a Big Finish project continuing her character Jenny’s storyline.
For me, this is Christmas in July. As most of you know by my multiple posts, I love this character. I’ve always wanted more adventures with her, especially considering Georgia’s connection. And I finally got my wish! As did anyone who enjoyed the episode and Jenny.
Though it has not been confirmed by Big Finish, Radio Times came out with some details regarding the new project. Please note: this was confirmed by Georgia Tennant’s new Twitter.
According to Radio Times, the audios will be recorded this summer with an expected release date at the end of the year. Not much else is known, other than the fact that she will have her own companion, Sean Biggerstaff, known for playing Oliver Wood in Harry Potter.
As many of you know, Georgia Tennant first showed in the fourth series of Doctor Who as Jenny. Despite the popularity of the character, and her cliffhanger ending, she was never seen again on the show. In 2015, Steven Moffat talked about the character and his unknown impact on the ending.
"And I wrote to him after and said, ‘well I didn’t know that I did that,’ and he said, ‘oh it doesn’t matter, Steven, she flew straight into a moon!”"

It is important to mention that it has not been made official by Big Finish, but the actress herself.
