The Game of Thrones season 7 soundtrack comes out September 29

Game of Thrones composer Ramin Djawadi was working overtime during Sunday’s “The Spoils of War,” particularly during that episodes eye-popping battle sequence. His score expanded and contracted with the rhythm of the scene, making sure we were keyed in all the through to the final, climactic moments.
You can get up close and personal with his work on September 29, when the Game of Thrones season 7 soundtrack is released, according to Film Music Reporter. WaterTower Music, a division of Warner Bros. Records, will be doing the honors — it also released the soundtracks for seasons three, four, five and six. Varese Sarabande released the soundtracks for seasons 1 and 2.
As of right now, the album is available for preorder on Amazon, although there are no details regarding a digital version as of yet. We’ll probably learn more about that as we get closer to the release date. Before that, we still have three episodes worth of music to experience. We’re already curious what Djawadi will pull out for “Eastwatch,” which airs this Sunday.
