Game of Thrones Screencap Breakdown: “Eastwatch”
By Corey Smith
Jon and company have arrived at Eastwatch, having apparently take a direct flight instead of connecting through Winterfell.
Eastwatch looking pretty gorgeous here. Better than Castle Black, we dare say.
Inside, Tormund is in charge. Where did all the Night’s Watchmen go?
Tormund asks if “the big woman” came with Jon:
Never change, Tormund.
Tormund looks pretty intense throughout this whole scene, as we’re guessing he’s not eager to head north of the Wall.
Everything is nicer at Eastwatch, including the jail.
Currently enjoying these plush accommodations are the Hound and the rest of the Brotherhood Without Banners.
Everyone goes around the room and shares what they don’t like about each other. “Hi, my name is Tormund. I don’t trust Jorah because his father used to kill my people.”
Why didn’t the gate at Castle Black have these trusty spikes? Eastwatch is the best.
Jon’s suicide squad is ready to go capture a wight. Which sounds easy enough.
One last look back. Also: check out Tormund’s fancy new ax. That could come in handy.
The Hound has his game face on.
And what might these fellows be dragging? Perhaps it’s those mystery boxes we saw Jorah loading back on Dragonstone.
Off they go, looking for an undead army.

No major battles this episode, but there was plenty going on. Looking forward to next week!
