The final episode of Game of Thrones season 7 is here. “The Dragon and the Wolf” airs in just a few hours. Talk all about it here.

God, this came quickly, didn’t it? Here’s the nuts and bolts of “The Dragon and the Wolf.”

The trailer, which is measured and moody, promises a unique experience:

I hope the actual episode can match the trailer for tone.

As for the action, it looks like it will mostly revolve around a huge meeting between Teams Cersei, Jon Snow, and Daenerys in the Dragonpit of King’s Landing. However, as many have noticed, Daenerys herself doesn’t actually appear in the trailer, or in the official images we’ve seen:

Her armies are certainly out in force, though:

We’ll also stop by Winterfell, where Sansa will don a hood, Bran will show up after an episode away, and Littlefinger will smirk like a jackass.

We’ll also get what looks like a heated conversation between Jaime and Cersei. Lord knows they have a lot to talk about.

We’ll have at least two scenes on Dragonstone, too, one of which features the return of Theon Greyjoy:
