Hannah Murray, Joe Dempsie and more spotted in Belfast

By all accounts, filming on Game of Thrones season 8 is underway. Although we don’t have any pictures of the stars in action on set (give it time), some new cast members have been spotted in the area.

The new shots come from @PAP4U, who snapped some primo shots of cast members on the Winterfell set last year. Below, we’ve got Liam Cunningham (Davos), Jacob Anderson (Grey Worm), Hannah Murray (Gilly) and Joe Dempsie (Gendry) all showing up to the season 8 table read last week.

We already knew Cunningham was around — he was spotted hanging out with Nathalie Emmanuel (Missandei) just yesterday — but it’s good to see Dempsie, Murray and Anderson in the mix.

Finally, there was also a glimpse of Jon Snow himself in Belfast. We assume he’s thinking about the ending of the show and fighting back the tears.

HBO has kicked security up a notch this year, so we don’t know if we’ll see as many behind-the-scenes pics as we did before season 7, which was pretty leaky, all things considered. Whatever happens, it’s exciting to see everyone gathered to shoot the show’s final year!
