Game of Thrones characters appear on Match Game, and other funnies

Game of Thrones is serious. This stuff isn’t. Here are some funny things.

First: the cast of Nickelodeon’s The Fairly OddParents reunite to read a scene from Game of Thrones season 1.

Weird, I know. What happened it this: Lorraine Newman, who in addition to voicing the wicked Queen Jipjorrulac on OddParents was also one of the original cast members of Saturday Night Live, went on a Nerdist show hosted by Rob Paulson, who happened to voice Jipjorrulac’s son on the long-running (like, really long-running) Nickelodeon series. Naturally, they make the perfect Cersei and Joffrey. Let’s watch:

Oh, Cersei. You haven’t changed a bit.

Next, the stars behind Graeme of Thrones, a Game of Thrones parody masterminded by writer John-Luke Roberts and currently playing at the Charing Cross Theatre in London, discuss various Game of Thrones fan theories.

Will Jaime kill Cersei? Is Bran the Night King? Will Daenerys go crazy and kill everyone? They have what are surely the definitive answers.

“You can’t learn your way out of mental illness.” Something to think about.

Finally, we have a couple of Halloween hangovers. LIVE with Kelly and Ryan, a show always on the bleeding edge of what’s hip and now, staged a fake game show where six characters from Game of Thrones competed to fill in blanks provided by host Alec Baldwin.

That was cheesy as sin, but I won’t pretend I didn’t guffaw at a couple of the puns. “Someone call the maester. It’s gonna get sick.” I may have to use that. And who was playing Olenna?

Also: dogs as dragons:

Happy belated Halloween.
