Relive reactions to Game of Thrones’ biggest moments with this inventive website

For better or worse, Game of Thrones is one of the few shows left where people regularly get together to watch each new episode as it airs, and react to it in real time. The reactions to certain key moments have gone viral, as when everybody recorded their Unsullied friends watching the Red Wedding for the first time:
“Good” times.
But people react strongly to every episode of Game of Thrones, whether there’s a camera in the room or not. Now, a software developer who goes by the name Youre_Cool on Reddit has created a way to revisit those moments. He’s made a website that combs episode reaction threads back from when the episode first aired, and lets you see the comments unfold in real time.
The interface is really easy to use. Simply visit the website, choose your favorite episode, hit “Play,” and then watch the reactions play out. For example, you could choose season 3’s “And Now His Watch is Ended,” skip to the end, and then watch fans go nuts over the scene where Daenerys sacks Astapor as they watch it for the first time. Looking back through this is a great way to relive the thrill we all got during the series’ most iconic moments. I can imagine this design being applied to other shows, too. Play around with it!
