Classic Stills selling limited edition Game of Thrones art prints

Christmas is just around the corner, and you may be looking for a gift for that Game of Thrones-loving someone in your life (or maybe that someone is you). To that end, rare photographer distributor Classic Stills has teamed up with HBO Global Licensing to produce a limited edition set of stills from the show, available in three different sizes and produced in limited quantities. Get them while they can be got.

“We’re incredibly excited to publish the first ever collection of fine art prints from Game of Thrones,” said Classic Stills CEO Rene Freling. “The show’s stunning imagery lends itself beautifully to photographic art, and we’ve curated a rich and vibrant collection featuring some of the most iconic moments and engaging characters from the show.”
Classic Stills has developed the images using the chromogenic print (C-print) process, and printed them on archival-quality photo paper. All prints are framed by hand, come with acid-free matting and hinging, and are protected by UV acrylic to prevent fading. They come in three sizes, each with a different price point:
- 16″ X 20″: $295/£225
- 20″ X 24″: $395/£295
- 24″ X 30″: $495/£395
That may seem steep, but the catch is that these prints are being made in very limited quantities, with “only 150 numbered copies of the images available in each size.” Per Freling, that makes them “rare and exclusive.” Get one of these for your Game of Thrones-loving loved one and they’ll be forever in your debt.
