Doctor Who Watch is making 2018 about you! With a new Doctor Who on the way, we’ll spend the hiatus looking back and to the future!
Many people in the Doctor Who fandom are no stranger to Chris Chibnall. Having written Doctor Who episodes, as well as the hit series Broadchurch, we should be able to know what to expect from these next series.
In January, we’ll be looking specifically at what Chibnall has already brought to Doctor Who by looking at the episodes he’s written. We’ll also be talking about the many rumors going around about what will be different, and how it will change the show. Every new showrunner brings his own flair to the show, and we can be sure that Chris Chibnall will be no exception.
Superlatives
We’ll also be continuing the Superlatives that we started over the hiatus, but this time we’re starting from the beginning. After we watch Chibnall’s episodes of Doctor Who that have already aired, we’ll be going back to the Ninth Doctor and doing superlatives for each season.
That’s where you come in! Tell us what superlatives you want to see, and we’ll make sure it happens. Want to know our opinion on the best couple in Doctor Who? Or the best friendship? What about our opinion on overrated and underrated episodes?
We have at least eight months to talk about Doctor Who before the new series begins. We’re definitely going have a group effort to make it through the long hiatus!
