Westworld reveals four new cast members, episode titles for season 2

The second season of Westworld  premieres on April 22. Ahead of the much-anticipated event, Entertainment Weekly has revealed four new cast members who will be a part of it:

  • Tao Okamoto (The Wolverine, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice) will play a character named Hanaryo
  • Kiki Sukezane (Netflix’s Lost in Space) will portray Sakura
  • Julia Jones (Twilight) will play Kohana
  • Zahn McClarnon (The Son) has been cast as Akecheta.

Additionally, Martin Sensmeier, who played a Native American host named Wanahton in season 1, is returning in a recurring role for season 2.

While it’s yet to be confirmed, Okamoto and Sukezane — both actresses from Japan — are probably part of Shogun World, a park that allows visitors to experience Japan’s Edo period, complete with samurai warriors. We saw the first glimpses of hosts being prepped for Shogun World in the Westworld season 1 finale, and we’ve seen Maeve Millay dressed in the costume of that era, holding a samurai sword, in the latest season 2 TV spot.

Jones and McClarnon will both be playing Native American hosts. Fans have already spotted McClarnon’s Akecheta in the season 2 trailer, looking like a member of the Ghost Nation:
