HBO has released six all-new photos from this upcoming Sunday’s new episode of Westworld, “Les Écorchés.” One of them shows Dr. Robert Ford (Anthony Hopkins) and Bernard (Jeffrey Wright) picking up where they left off at the end of “Phase Space.” Why should death stand in the way of a reunion between a murdered genius and the highly realistic robot he modeled after his old business partner and friend?

The Ford-Bernard scene is the headliner, but the usual suspects are all here. For example, here’s Charlotte Hale (Tessa Thompson) looking at something offscreen. Could this be her “that’s a lot of Bernards” face?

Next, we have Elsie Hughes (Shannon Woodward) bent over a computer terminal in the Cradle. Can she see Bernard and Dr. Ford talking?

The Man in Black (Ed Harris) looks like he’s about to kill someone, or something. It’s just another Sunday for him.

Recently demoted head of Westworld security Ashley Stubbs (Luke Hemsworth) doesn’t look very pleased, as well he wouldn’t. The Delos security guys are talking down to him. That’s no fun.

Next up, Maeve (Thandie Newton) seems to be back at her former home. I guess she’s no longer running from the Ghost Nation. Also, our hearts go out to the host filling in as the replacement mom to Maeve’s daughter.

Finally, here’s another look at Ford and Bernard, staring at each other across three feet, staring at another miles apart.

The synopsis for “Les Écorchés” is even more ridiculously vague than usual: “Strike the match.” That’s it. HBO is now in full troll mode.

“Les Écorchés” was written by Jordan Goldberg and Ron Fitzgerald, and directed by Nicole Kassell. It airs Sunday night at 9:00 p.m. EST.
