Game of Thrones is ending and the cast members will soon have a lot more free time. What will they do with it? Well, if you’re Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy), you’re lining up back-to-back film roles. According to Deadline, Allen has joined the cast of JoJo Rabbit, a World War II satire “about a young boy (Roman Griffin Davis) raised in a Hitler Youth camp who’s confronted with a decision when he learns his mother (Scarlett Johansson) is hiding a young Jewish girl in the house.” He’ll play Finkle, second-in-command to a Nazi captain played by Sam Rockwell.

JoJo Rabbit is directed by Taika Waititi, who made a big splash last year as the guy behind Thor: Ragnarok (he also voiced the character of Korg — piss off, ghost!). Waititi will act a bit in Jojo Rabbit, too; he’ll play the young boy’s invisible friend, who happens to be Adolf Hitler. Interesting stuff, people.

After JoJo Rabbit, Allen will star in How To Build A Girl, about “an opinionated and overweight girl desperate to leave her hometown, who remakes herself as the badass music critic Dolly Wilde. She quickly gains notoriety as an enfant terrible, but is this girl she built really who she wants to be?” Allen will play a rocker named John Kite who meet’s Feldstein’s character during an interview. Will he nurse the secret garden of her heart back to full bloom? Find out sometime next year, probably.

All that and Allen is in the Predator remake, too. Guy is ready for life after Thrones.

Moving on, a photo featuring former Thrones star Jason Momoa (Khal Drogo) with a fan at Denver Comic Con has gone viral. According to Redditor twoforjoy, she wanted to get a photo with Momoa alone, but her husband wasn’t too pleased about that. Momoa came up with an elegant solution.

You gotta love how Momoa signed his autograph right over the husband’s face.

Finally, did you know that Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth) used to have long hair before she landed her role on Game of Thrones? Here’s proof:

I wonder if Christie will grow her golden locks back out after the credits roll on the final episode of the series? If so, it would be exactly the opposite of what Kit Harington (Jon Snow) plans to do.
