For a while now, we’ve been reporting on what’s been happening at the enormous King’s Landing set the Game of Thrones production has built on a backlot at Titanic Studios in Belfast. Long story short: the city is gonna go through it come season 8. Now, A Red Priestess has brought us video evidence of just what that means.

SPOILERS ahead.

Slowly but surely, we’ve watched the King’s Landing set get battered and broken is lots of different ways. The front gate, once standing tall and proud, was blasted apart and blackened by fire. A dome in the center of the city — one modeled St. Blaise’s Church in Dubrovnik, we imagine so the crew can match shots of the set to shots of the Dubrovnik skyline — was cracked open. Like we said: King’s Landing is gonna go through it.

But this is the most dramatic turn yet. A new video from A Red Priestess shows that dome literally ablaze with fire. Watch below!

As A Red Priestess, there’s also a small fire burning to the left of the dome. She took photos, as well:

Notice that the white guard tower to the right of the dome has also been damaged. Here it is in better days:

All that and smoke is wafting up from the front gate, too:

The smoke in these images is black, implying…y’know, fire. The last time we checked in on the city, it was covered in a roll of low-lying grey fog. The latter denotes White Walkers. The former denotes dragons.

None of this is really a surprise by this point; we know that King’s Landing will be visited by some heavy-hitters in season 8. But this is the most dramatic visualization yet of what that might look like.

Pray for King’s Landing.
