The 2018 San Diego Comic-Con opens its doors this Thursday, and when Warner Bros. takes center stage in the legendary Hall H on July 21, it will debut trailers for upcoming films like Aquaman starring Jason Momoa, the once and future Khal Drogo. On Sunday, Aquaman director James Wan tweeted a photo from the editing room, in the middle of piecing the trailer together:

I’m getting a Free Willy vibe from that shot.

Anyway, on Monday, Warner Bros. released the first official poster for Aquaman. Check it out:

My man! You can see Atlantis in the background, which is neat, and besides Momoa himself the most eye-catching thing in the poster is the swell of sea creatures milling around. Aquaman is calling on a whole lotta killer whales.

The poster looks more than a little goofy, although you can always leave it to the internet to take lemons and make lemonade. For example, does this poster remind anyone else of the one for Finding Nemo?

If you didn’t, others did:

"Aquaman movie poster updated! from freefolk"

Aquaman hits theaters worldwide on December 21. Now someone edit in characters from The Little Mermaid.
