Recently, comics publisher Dark Horse established a high-end online collectibles store and immediately went in on some new Game of Thrones figures, including ones based on Tormund Giantsbane and the Iron Throne. (You can get both of the those at Dark Horse’s booth at the San Diego Comic-Con, currently going on now, by the way.) Now, The Hollywood Reporter exclusively reveals that Dark Horse is going to sell a new figurine based on Zombie Viserion in all his dark, tattered glory. It’s pretty badass:
Check out some of these detailed images below:
The statue, which is sculpted by Bigshot Toyworks, comes with a little Night King — you can see him in the image below; he’s small. He’s also removable, if you want Zombie Viserion to fly solo.
The polyresin statue will stand 24 inches tall. An exact release date and price are unknown, but expected to be announced soon. We do know Dark Horse will sell it this year. As for price, we doubt it’s cheap.
But it is pretty awesome. We’re already clearing off space on the old bookshelf.
As long as we’re talking about Game of Thrones figurines, let’s circle back to Comic-Con for a second. There are two new Funko Pop! figures of interest debuting there: a Lady Olenna Funko and a dragon Dorbz four-pack:
If you want to get your hands on either of these, you don’t need to go to SDCC. You can now get the Olenna figure at the HBO Shop and the dragon pack at Barnes and Noble.
And of course, if you are at SDCC, there’s more Game of Thrones merch to enjoy. HBO has been posting the images to the Game of Thrones Twitter account:
And more. Happy action figuring.
