Learn the alphabet with Game of Thrones characters, and other funnies

It’s Saturday. Time to laugh again, starting with a walk through the English alphabet with all your favorite Game of Thrones characters. This is perfect for teaching your children the importance of language.

On second thought, no, never show this to your kids.

This video was put together by YouTuber notsoscarymary, who also runs the hilarious Incorrect GoT Quotes Instagram account. The laughs don’t have to stop here.

For a while now, The Cartoon Show on YouTube has been making videos based on chapters of A Song of Ice and Fire, one at a time, and all of them in the style of the classic role-playing game Final Fantasy VI. I’ll admit that the appeal may be limited, but I love that game and will keep pushing these videos for as long as The Cartoon Show makes them.

And they’re made so lovingly! I adore the look of the 16-bit heart tree (watch the eyes) and the blue streaks that cut through the air after Ned says the Stark words. And the music from the game fits right in.

Is it just me or is Catelyn’s portrait a tad unflattering? Anyway, bring on Daenerys I, says I.

In other ongoing series, YouTuber steve continues his completely out-of-order journey through the show, one episode at a time. This time, he’s viewing the season 2 finale, “Valar Morghulis,” and we finally discover exactly what Stannis saw when he looked into the flames following his defeat at the Battle of Blackwater.

At this point, steve has seen more episodes than he hasn’t seen. On to the end!

And that’s everything that’s funny related to Game of Thrones in the world right now. All of it. Except for this:

"[No Spoilers] I give you the Lord of the Seven Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm! from gameofthrones"

Long may she reign.
